This is nearly unbelievable: the United Nations has allowed Hezbollah to re-arm. Hezbollah has not even made an attempt to hide the fact they have re-armed. Hezbollah's military commander - Sheikh Nabil Qauq - boasts of the re-arming and re-grouping of the Hezbollah military capability.
Neither the Lebanonese Army nor the UNIFIL has made any effort to even curb this re-arming. In fact Hezbollah has created enclaves in Southern Lebanon that are proclaimed off limits to UNIFIL and the Lebanonese army. Both UNIFIL and the Lebanonese army merely bow their heads in obeisance validating the power structure of Hezbollah.
Kofi Annan is indeed a War Criminal for he has allowed via the collusion of the United Nations for the next war to proceed between Israel VS Islamofascist terrorists Hezbollah (and potentially extending to the rest of the Middle East).
