David Frum provides a reality check on what could happen post November 2006. Frum believes the Republicans will retain a slim majority in the Senate and gave the impression the House is a toss up. Frum predicts that the Democrats may get a one seat majority. I am uncertain if Frum was speaking in terms of close the House split is going to be or if it could actually be just one seat.
If the Democrats win the slimmest of majorities in the House, Frum predicts they will use that ever so minute majority to actuate investigative causes to hamper the rest of President Bush's lame duck term.
