Can The U.S. Bring Sanctions on Iran?

The United Nations could strengthen or crumble depending how geo-politics play out in the next few years. Shmuel Rosner is a U.S correspondent representing the Israeli media outlet known as Haaretz.

Rosner questions if U.S. sanctions will be effective against Jew hating Iran. However I think it really boils down to how effective a multilateral consensus with the U.N. doing the job it was created to do; i.e. is to maintain global peace by diminishing the aggressors against peace. If the U.N. cannot come through it is time to terminate its charter and organization. Then Nations with similar global outlooks can form usable alliance collectives to face aggression to common interests.
