If (I pray when) the Republicans gain control of one or both Houses of Congress, I hope they have learned the lessons the Democratic Party has taught.
When Republicans controlled both Houses they bowed to the will of the Democrats concerning the so-called nuclear option pertaining to Judicial Appointment debates. The Democrats said (roughly) you pull the nuclear option it will come to haunt you if the Democrats regain Congressional control. The Republicans backed down.
It did not matter; the Democrats are strong arming the Republicans with unethical tactics anyway.
The lesson: Push through agendas while you have the power to do so for the Left is unrelenting and duplicitous.
