Iran Boldly Captures British Sailors

So Iran has kidnapped British sailors under sketchy circumstances as to whose waters belonged to whom.

The U.N. Security Council is supposed to take action on yet another moment of Iran ignoring compliance to uranium enrichment.

Since Iran has ignored the Security Council for over a year without meaningful action, does Britain think that Iran will just lie down and turn over its sailors?

If Iran thumbs its nose at the British as I suspect, how will the British respond? Will the Brits get a justified burr in their back or will the Brits slip into appeasement and offer everything including the kitchen sink to get their sailors home?

America must react as well, however America must await the British reaction. What will America do if the Brits show courage? Will the Democrats force Bush to abandon our staunchest European ally? If the Brits take the appeasement route, will America simply shake their head in disbelief and wait how circumstances unfold?

Either way,
Iran has drawn a line and is daring the West to cross it.
