Haaretz is the slanted left rag of Israel, much as the NY Times is in America. Haaretz ran an editorial by Israel Harel which castigates a failed leadership much as the Conservative Israeli Jerry Golden has done. I am seeing disillusionment on both the Right and the Left in Israel. That cannot be good for an Olmert government. If Olmert manages to avoid a global war, look for a no confidence vote in the Israeli Parliamentary system. If the conflict indeed goes global as I suspect it will, I only wonder if Olmert will be replaced anyway. I do not know of any on the Left or the Right in Israel equal to the tough decisions ahead in Israel. Do you?
