Christians battling the moral relativity of the homosexual community is continuing in the State of Georgia. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Constance C. Russell recently struck down a State Amendment to the Constitution banning same-sex marriages. I still don't know how that works. If it had been a Federal Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court would have zero authority to overturn an Amendment approved by the required amount of States. So one wonders how a State Amendment approved by over 76% of the voters is overturned by a menial county superior court judge.
Good for the Governor and Legislators of Georgia, they are not laying down for the homosexual lobby (is there a pun there?).
