Juval Aviv: America has become Complacent

A fellow The Conservative Underground (TCU) in the Obama Watch Central group has posted some information about the huge potential of future Islamic terrorist attacks on American soil. The reason I find this information important for a big part of the warning is that Americans have become complacent about being wary to look for the signs that could save their lives and the lives of other Americans.

Now the warning comes from Jewish terrorist expert Juval Aviv.

Now the TCU post is in all probability a part of a chain e-mail. As many of you should know chain e-mail are hugely unreliable as a viable source. For one thing, even if the chain e-mail is actually based on truth, the further down the chain it goes the truth becomes fractured and/or outdated.

Here is what Snopes.com says about the Juval Aviv chain e-mails that have passed around:

Origins: Juval Aviv is indeed the president of New York-based Interfor Inc. (a corporate investigations firm), he was reportedly the source for the 1984 book Vengeance: The True Story of an Israeli Counter-Terrorist Team (the basis for the 2005 Steven Spielberg film Munich), he is the author of Staying Safe: The Complete Guide to Protecting Yourself, Your Family, and Your Business, and he has made predictions about imminent terrorist attacks on the United States (and the forms they might take) similar to the ones described above.

However, some critics have expressed skepticism about Aviv's background, claiming that he has grossly exaggerated his "spymaster" credentials, as the Guardian maintained in a 2006 article about the film Munich:

Our investigations show that Aviv never served in Mossad, or any Israeli intelligence organisation. He had failed basic training as an Israeli Defence Force commando, and his nearest approximation to spy work was as a lowly gate guard for the airline El Al in New York in the early 70s. The tale he had woven [in Vengeance] was apparently nothing more than a Walter Mitty fabrication.

We also couldn't verify the claim that Mr. Aviv predicted the July 2005 London bombings on Fox News just one week before they occurred. Although Aviv was a frequent guest on American news programs in the years after the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks, our search of television news transcripts did not turn up any appearances by him on such programs between 5 November 2004 and the day after the London bombings (8 July 2005).

More important, though, the above-quoted predictions Aviv made about terrorists hitting the U.S. in "six, seven, or eight cities simultaneously" sometime "within the next 90 days" are outdated, as he issued them back in July 2005. It seems safe to say from this vantage point that those predictions were not correct, as no such attacks occurred.

I included the phrase “Last updated” to be fair to Snopes.com. It appears to me that Snopes.com only cited one source for their conclusions of “false”. That source is The Guardian. As a source The Guardian is as Left Wing as any MSM English publication can be.

If Snopes.com would have a bit more due diligence they would discover that Juval Aviv and his security business are well respected in the realm of security both privately and by the U.S. government. Hence The Guardian accusation that Aviv’s bona fides was the delusions of a Walter Mitty fantasy are questionable and more than very likely skewed to fit the Leftist appeasement agenda with Islamic terrorists such as Hamas and the terrorists operating under the PA aegis.

Here are some bona fides that are closer to reality:

These sources from both FOX News and Security Director News simply do not match up with The Guardian assessment of Juval Aviv. I mean many of the American MSM organizations that have used Aviv as an expert are quite Leftist as well; yet Aviv was consulted by them. For me that is mud on the face of The Guardian and Snopes.com.

Well I think I have established the credibility of Juval Aviv. With that in mind, read the post on the Obama Watch Central group from TCU. If there is anything outdated, don’t sweat it. The point is Islamic terrorist are more than capable to attack in the fashion outlined.

An Open Letter to President Obama

Brigitte Gabriel provides another comment spanking President Barack Hussein Obama about his (or his speech writers’) lack of appreciation for real history as opposed to Leftist and Islamic revisionist history.

Gabriel does this in the form of an “open letter” to the President. Gabriel was very even tempered (unlike me) in the letter but I still doubt that the President will return a proper answer.

Dear Mr. President,

You face difficult challenges in matters such as achieving peace in the Middle East and protecting America from the threat of radical Islam and terrorism. These are challenges that have vexed past presidents, going as far back as our second president, John Adams. I have no doubt you appreciate both the gravity of these challenges and the enormous obstacles that exist to solving them.

I also have no doubt that you and your staff understood that, no matter what you said in your speech last Thursday in Cairo, there would be those who would take issue with you. That is always the case when attempting to solve problems that are as deep and emotionally-laden as these challenges are.

I am assuming it is your sincere hope that the approach you have chosen to take, as evidenced by what I’m sure was a carefully crafted speech, will ultimately prove successful. However, it pains me to say this sir, but, while you said in your speech that you are a “student of history,” it is abundantly clear that, in these matters, you do not know history and thus, as Santayana noted, you are doomed to repeat it. In doing so your efforts, however well-intentioned they may be, will not produce what you profess to hope they will produce.

A wise man once said that if you start with the wrong assumptions, no matter how logical your reasoning is, you will end up with the wrong conclusion. With all due respect Mr. President, you are starting with certain assumptions that are unsupported by history and an objective study of the ideology of political Islam.

You began in your speech by asserting that “tensions” exist between the United States and Muslims around the world, which, of course, is correct. Unfortunately, you then proceeded, incorrectly, to lay virtually all the blame for these tensions at the feet of America and the West. You blamed western colonialism, the Cold War, and even modernity and globalism.

A student of American history, who is not trying to reconstruct it to fit a modern politically correct narrative, would state that tensions between America and Muslims began with the unprovoked, four-decades long assault by the Muslim Barbary pirates against American shipping in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. I find it telling that you mentioned the Treaty of Tripoli in your speech but ignored the circumstances that led to it. That treaty was but one of numerous attempts by the United States to achieve peace with the jihadists of the Barbary Coast who were attacking our shipping and killing and enslaving our citizens and our soldiers – and who by their own admission were doing so to fulfill the call to jihad.

These jihadists were not acting to protest American foreign policy, which was decidedly isolationist, and there was no state of Israel to scapegoat. They were doing what countless Islamic jihadists have done throughout history – acting upon the hundreds of passages in the Qur’an and the Hadith that call upon faithful Muslims to kill, conquer or subjugate the infidel.

A student of world history would know that, for all the acknowledged evils of Western colonialism, these evils pale in comparison to the nearly 14 centuries of Islamic colonialism that began in Arabia under the leadership of Mohammed. The student of history would know that Islamic forces eradicated all Jewish and Christian presence from Arabia after Mohammed’s death, and then succeeded in conquering all of North Africa, most of the Middle East, much of Asia Minor, and significant portions of Europe and India – eventually creating an empire larger than Rome’s was at its peak.

The number of dead and enslaved during these many centuries of Islamic imperial conquest and colonialism have been estimated to total more than 300 million. What’s more, the wealth of many of the conquered nations and cultures was plundered by the Islamic conquerors, and millions of millions of non-Muslims who did survive were forced to pay onerous taxes, such as the “jizya,” a humiliation tax to the Islamic caliphs. Indeed, in some areas Christians and Jews were made to wear a receipt for the jizya around their neck as a mark of their dishonor.

These facts have not been invented by Christian or Jewish historical revisionists, but were chronicled by Muslim eyewitnesses throughout the past 14 centuries and are available to be researched by any person seeking an objective understanding of how Islam spread throughout the world.

You say in your speech that we must squarely face the tensions that exist between America and the Muslim world. That is a laudable notion with which I agree, but by casting Islam as the historical victim and the West (and by implication, America) as the aggressor, you do not face these tensions squarely, but alleviate the Muslim world from coming to grips with the jihadist ideology embedded in its holy books and acted upon for 1,400 years.

Even worse, you empower and embolden militant Islamists who regard your gestures as signs of weakness and capitulation.

The issue is not that all Muslims are terrorists or radicals or extremists. We all know that the majority of Muslims are not. We also know that many peace-loving Muslims are victims of Islamist violence.

The issue is this: what drives hundreds of millions of Muslims worldwide to call for the death of Jews?

What drives millions of Muslims to riot, destroy property, and take innocent lives in reaction to the Danish cartoons?

What drives tens of thousands of Muslims to demand the execution of a British teacher whose only “crime” was allowing her students to name their teddy bears “Mohammed”?

What drives countless Muslims worldwide to actively participate in, or fund, or provide nurture to, terrorist organizations?

What drives Muslims in mosques in America to proclaim and distribute materials that call for hatred of and the destruction of infidels?

What drives entire Islamic countries to prohibit the building of a Christian church or synagogue?

To assume, as you apparently do, that what drives these actions is not an ideology embedded in the holy books of Islam, but rather other “root causes,” most of which you lay at the feet of America and the West, is at best naïve and at worst dangerous.

Lastly, I must address your statement that “Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance.” Unfortunately, the examples you gave are the exception rather than the rule.

Historically speaking, I seriously doubt the Egyptian Copts, the Lebanese Maronites, the Christians in Bethlehem, the Assyrians, the Hindus, the Jews, and many others who have been persecuted by Islamic violence and supremacism, would agree with your assertion.

For instance, Christians and Jews became “Dhimmis,” a second class group under Islam. Dhimmis were forced to wear distinctive clothing; it was Baghdad’s Caliph Al-Mutawakkil, in the ninth century, who designated a yellow badge for Jews under Islam, which Hitler copied and duplicated in Nazi Germany nearly a thousand years later.

I witnessed first-hand the “tolerance” of Islam when Islamists ravaged my country of birth, Lebanon, in the 1970’s, leaving widespread death and destruction in their wake. I saw how they re-paid the tolerance that Lebanese Christians extended toward them. My experience is not an isolated one. When you make an unfounded assertion about the “proud tradition” of tolerance in Islam, you do a great disservice to the hundreds of millions of non-Muslims who have been killed, maimed, enslaved, conquered, subjugated or displaced – in the cause of Islamic jihad.

Mr. President, those of us like me who are ringing the alarm in America about the threat of radical Islam would like nothing better than to peacefully co-exist with the Muslim world. Most Americans would like nothing better than to peacefully co-exist with the Muslim world. The obstacle to achieving this does not lie with us in America and the West. It lies with the hundreds of millions of Muslims worldwide, including many of their spiritual leaders, who take seriously the repeated calls to jihad in the Qur’an and the Hadith. Who regard “infidels” as inferior and worthy of conquering, subjugating and forcibly converting. Who support “cultural jihad” as a means to subvert non-Muslim societies from within. Who take seriously the admonitions throughout the Qur’an and the Hadith to convert the world to Islam – by force if necessary – and bring it under the rule of Allah.

Unless you are willing to courageously and honestly accept this, your aspirations for worldwide comity and peace in the Middle East are doomed to fail.

Obama's Arabian dreams

Caroline Glick critiques President Barack Hussein Obama’s Cairo Speech. Her theme is that BHO is portrays Israel in an evil light and the Arabs that call themselves Palestinians as the moral equivalent of America’s Black slavery past.

As you read Glick keep this in the back of your mind. She points out that BHO Chief-of-Staff Rahm Emmanuel worked closely to discredit Prime Minister Netanyahu’s first stint as the Prime Minister of Israel while he was an advisor to President Clinton. She senses that Emmanuel is already at work to undermine Netanyahu by working Likud enemies in the Kadima Party and with Leftist American Jews. This implies using the Left propaganda machine to implant into Americans and Israelis that the “peace at all costs” mindset is the only way peace will come to the Middle East. This mindset of course is counter to Judeo-Christianity theologically and will politically quite possibly lead to the destruction of Israel.

Muslim Extremist Kills Young Army Soldier on American Soil!

Move America Forward (MAF) is one of the premier pro-troop organizations in America. Instead criticizing soldiers for protecting America in their overseas mission they are supportive.

Peace movements are fine and even a legitimate view; however when a peace organization because so virulently anti-war that American troops are vilified it is unacceptable.

Organizations like Code Pink who attempt to use humiliation tactics to prevent military recruiting or to portray the American military as evil are the true evil.

I am on MAF’s mailing list. As such I receive information about MAF’s outreach to support American troops. Now I realize that much of the MAF email pertains to fundraising. I often post the content of the MAF email because it has information that may not be reported in the Mainstream Media.

One such case is the email I received today. MAF reports that an American that has converted to Mohammedanism went on an Islamofascist murdering spree in Arkansas. The traitorous American’s name is Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad. The American-Muslim shot up an Arkansas military recruiting center in Little Rock, AR. Muhammad murdered to Privates in the process before he was taken down. After Muhammad’s capture it was discovered he much more ammunition which only indicates he was intent on murdering more Americans.

When Will President Obama Realize Muslim Terrorists are Out to Kill Us?

Today in Little Rock, AR, a Muslim extremist shot up a recruiting center with an assault rifle from his black SUV. He killed 23-year-old Private William Long and injured Private Quinton Ezeagwula, both of the US Army. The suspect, Muslim convert Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, is in custody and police say he likely had “political and religious motives.”

At Move America Forward, we’ve been sounding the alarm about violence against our recruiters and their offices since our days in the streets of Berkeley, CA taking on the Code Pink whackos. While Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is worried about extremists protesting at tea parties, nobody bothered to investigate the Islamic extremist killer in this case who was recently in Yemen.

While Barack Obama keeps trying to protect the rights of Muslim terrorists at Guantanamo Bay and even free some of them in the United States, Americans are being killed right here in the United States, not to mention being under constant attack in Iraq and Afghanistan. What will it take to wake him up to the real threat faced by Americans?

We have to keep our voices loud and strong to wake up so many Americans that are taken in by the calm speeches while he continues to undermine American security and our efforts to defeat Islamic terrorism.

The Leftists have talked themselves into believing the PA/PLO Islamic mob are Islamic moderates.

Andrew Bostom has a post on his blog that reminds everyone that the PLO creeps are just more deceptive toward the West than is Hamas. PA/PLO deception is a policy of cozying up to Western governments and Leftists, then turn around at home at pump their constituents with the propaganda of hate that all Islamic terrorists subscribe to.

Bostom wants the reader to note that the Fatah dominated PA is still as racist and determined to destroy the Jewish State and replace with an Arab State as ever.

The Jihadi Virus in Our Jails

President Obama gave a speech on National Security in which he said the existence of Gitmo has been used as a battle cry by Islamic terrorists (Of course BHO used a more PC expression). The finality of BHO’s speech is the premise he still intends to shut down Gitmo. His own political party is kind-of behind the agenda to set Islamic terrorists free from Gitmo. The Democrats in Congress seem to be behind BHO’s agenda only as much that Islamic terrorists will not be settled among their constituents.

Hmm … I wonder if that means incarcerated war criminals are dangerous.

With this in mind Michele Malkin points out that President Obama did not mention nary a word about the home grown Islamic terrorists developing right under America’s noses. Malkin uses an example a group of African-Americans that were converted to Mohammedanism in an American prison.

Did you get that? American prisons are Islamic da’wa universities to recruit disgruntled and probably violent inmates and turn them into Islamic terrorists prepared to do acts of atrocity on American soil in most cases on fellow Americans. Why? It is because Allah told them to in the Quran.

Gingrich: Pelosi Step Down as Speaker

Well I can see the reason that Newt Gingrich is a politician. His recent e-newsletter castigates Speaker Pelosi without actually calling her a liar. I was not so capable of being so diplomatic.

Speaker Pelosi is the classic example of the hypocrisy of the now devotedly Leftist Democratic Party. The Democrats went on a rampage of vilifying President Bush’s policies of keeping America safe even to the point of calling for a criminal investigation of the Bush Administration and those that acted patriotically to protect American citizens from the reoccurrence of another 9/11.

With the aid of the Mainstream Media, the Democrats unleashed some political venom of propaganda upon American voters to influence votes that placed the Democrats back in the driver’s seat in 2006. Then the voters received another chunk full of propaganda that elected a deceptive Leftist President whose primary goal is to transform America away from her roots of Christianity toward the diversity concept of Secular Humanism and the redistribution of wealth. The term “redistribution of wealth” is MSM code talk for Socialism at best and Communism at worst.

One can see Communism at its worst through the eyes of Comrade Josef Stalin and Mao Zedong.

The social transformation led by President Barack Hussein Obama and the elite cadres of the Democratic Party is subtly validating some of the worst elements of the morally depraved in America. The transformation excuse: The morally deprave are people on par with a race or religion; to discriminate against the morally depraved is thus racism and a denial of civil rights that all the diverse Americans should enjoy.

Okay, I know I digressed on Speaker Pelosi.

Newt neatly rails on Pelosi by putting her political agenda of persecuting the Bush Administration for the Democrats call torture. Is it not ironic the Obama Administration has gone to great lengths not to insult Mohammedans by eliminating such terms as the Global War on Terror (GWOT) or Islamic terrorism to find neutral words? Yet the Obama/Pelosi Democrats have no trouble using the word “torture” rather than Enhanced Interrogation Techniques (EIT) against Americans that have devoted themselves to keep other Americans safe. Does anyone see the lunacy on this political vendetta to prevent Conservatives of the Republican Party from ever gaining control of Congress and the White House?

But check it out: Since Speaker Pelosi as the ranking Democrat on the Intelligence committee never protested EIT; does not that make Pelosi an adherent to the practice of protecting Americans?

So you see how Speaker Pelosi has dug a hole for herself by attempting to use plausible deniability to make it look like she was never on board with EIT.

Newt is correct that Pelosi should be removed not because of her political agenda, but because her political agenda has placed America and Americans at risk by diluting National Security.

Exposer of Virulent Islam

Ben’s Blog is one of my favorite sources of anti-Islamist information. The thing is “Ben” is probably a pseudonym. I also know that the same person blogs elsewhere as Dajjal. Due to the multiplicity of pseudonyms I suspect Ben/Dajjal also blog under other names or perhaps no names at all.

I can make an educated as to why Ben blogs anonymously. Ben’s knowledge of Islam/Mohammedanism is probably as good as or better than an Islamic theologian. This means Ben is likely more familiar with the tenets of Mohammedanism than is the typical Mohammedan.

Here is the thing that probably drives Leftists and Mohammedans crazy if they read Ben’s insights about Islam and Jihadism. Ben lays out the facts concerning Mohammedanism and makes conclusions that have more than a bit of animus projecting from his writing.

The animus is definitely not diplomatic yet it is accurate. I think those that might believe Ben goes a bit overboard should realize he is not writing to impress Mohammedans, rather Ben is writing to enlighten non-Mohammedans about very relevant concerns about the Theo-political elements which are intrinsic to Mohammedanism.

I have been called an Islamophobic racist by trying to be diplomatic so I can imagine the flack that Ben receives. This is probably the reason for the anonymity in Ben’s blog posts. Mohammedans do have the reputation to act out in violence to that which is perceived as offensive – real or imagined.

Pelosi: Liar, Stupid or Both

There is ONE WORD for Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi – LIAR.

Contrary to a whole host of contradicting reports that Pelosi was indeed privy to “waterboarding” as enhanced interrogation techniques – EIT - (Most Republicans). Now that the Obama Administration and most Leftist Democrats have labeled waterboarding as torture, there has been a huge Leftist push to investigate the Bush Administration and the Intelligence Community concerning EIT.

I am willing to bet this Leftist push to fry the Bush Administration for keeping America safe will suddenly cool off. Why? The reason is an actual investigation will prove that Pelosi is a liar. That would mean one of the most powerful persons in America could be subject to a scandal that would do huge damage to the Democratic Party as the so-called Party of change.

As long as Pelosi is adamant that she was too stupid to understand what the of EIT is, I am fairly certain there will be no push from the House leadership in some kind of tawdry investigation of the Bush Administration keeping America safe.

Read the AP article that comes across as sympathetic toward liar – I mean Speaker - Pelosi.

This has all the appearance that Speaker Pelosi is going to take on the CIA. So somebody is lying – either the CIA or Pelosi. Since I never trust a Democrat, I suspect Pelosi is lying. If Pelosi is lying she can say publicly “I want those documents made public” and hope the CIA will not release classified data to protect their position.

I am guessing the CIA is doing some research and may pick & choose documents that make the CIA look good and infer that Pelosi is incompetent (or we could say a stupid liar).

She chastised reporters for falling for the Republicans’ political machinations and deflecting attention from their misdeeds. To clear the air, Pelosi said, “I’d be very happy if they released the briefings.”

And that is the only way this matter can be cleared up. A lot of documents should be declassified, including the briefing Pelosi cites. Either the CIA withheld information from Pelosi et al., or Pelosi is now lying. Either way, the briefing should be released.

While they are at it, all of the memos that deal with this topic should be released. Let’s see the intelligence on what al Qaeda was up to and what intelligence, precisely, came out of the interrogations of senior al Qaeda terrorists.

Something tells me that we will hear a response from the CIA shortly. (John McCormick)

Yeah baby, it is doubtful America’s chief spooks is going to allow Pelosi to malign them since there is an appearance the CIA tried to malign President Bush’s effort to invade Iraq.

Keep in mind that if Pelosi is leaning toward stupid rather than liar (I believe she is both), you have to know as Speaker of the House Pelosi is third in line if something horrible happens to the President and Vice President. This makes Pelosi one of the power elite in America. Does America want a stupid and/or liar to have such power?

Is This the Greatest Threat to America? Part 1 & 2

This may be one of the most important emails we have ever sent out. Please make the time to read this one as well as part two tomorrow. When you do, you’ll understand why.

The ACT! For America mission is an ambitious one – to combat the threat of radical Islam to America in whatever forms that threat may take. This is why we focus on everything from combating terrorism to resisting cultural jihad. If we successfully prevent terrorism, but fail to prevent the subversion of our society resulting from cultural or stealth jihad, we have not successfully stopped the threat of radical Islam. If we prevent the assault of stealth jihad, but are successfully targeted by major terrorist acts, we have also been unsuccessful in stopping the threat of radical Islam.

This is why the threat of radical Islam is so serious.

And the threat of an Islamist regime or terrorist organization attacking us with an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack, triggered by a nuclear detonation above our atmosphere, may well be the most serious threat of all.

Over the past several months we have sent out several emails reporting on this threat, how an EMP attack could knock out much of our power grid, as well as our communications infrastructure, transportation, banking and finance – in short, every infrastructure dependent on electrical power and electronics.

The potential devastation is so great that even some of our members have emailed us with questions asking “could this possibly happen?”

The answer, unfortunately, and frighteningly, is yes. This is not Guy Rodgers talking, or ACT! For America. This is the conclusion of the national Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack.

The members of this commission are a “who’s who” in aerospace, communications, energy, defense, and nuclear weapons fields. One year ago this little-known Commission released a report of its findings on the impact of an EMP attack on our national infrastructures (http://empcommission.org/).

In the Preface of this 2008 report we read:

"A single EMP attack may seriously degrade or shut down a large part of the electric power grid in the geographic area of EMP exposure effective instantaneously.”

In Chapter Two we read:

“…the cascading effects from even one or two relatively small weapons exploded in optimum location in space at present would almost certainly shut down an entire interconnected electrical power system, perhaps affecting as much as 70% or possibly more of the United States, all in an instant…” (p. 19).

Imagine a collapse of 70% or more of our nation’s electrical grid. Imagine that this collapse didn’t last for a few days, such as occurs after a blackout or a storm, but lasted for weeks – even months. Imagine life without any electrical power for weeks, even months.

I have lived through the aftermath of a hurricane, where electricity was knocked out for days. If you’ve never experienced something like this, it’s hard to appreciate how much everything we do is dependent on electricity. It’s more than the lights going out and the air conditioning not working.

You can’t refrigerate food. Unless you have a natural gas or propane grill (or a lot of charcoal), you can’t cook food. The water supply is unreliable at best. You can’t get gasoline to run your car. You can’t get money from an ATM. You can’t get health care or buy a prescription. Telecommunications are severely limited. You might be able to make a cell phone call but it’s unlikely you could make a landline phone call. Unless you have a battery-operated radio, you can’t get news or information. If the weather is cold you won’t have heat. If the weather is hot you swelter.

Those of us who have lived through this knew that help was on the way. That, in time, electricity trucks from outside our area would roll in to help restore power. That emergency food supplies would soon be shipped in.

What would happen to us if there was no one “outside our area” who could come with help? What would happen to is if we were forced to live without electricity, not for days, but for months? And not just us, but the vast majority of people throughout the country?

This is not mere speculation, hyperbole or sci-fi fantasy.

The implications of this are, candidly, terrifying – and, I agree, almost unimaginable. It will not be necessary for an enemy of ours to launch numerous nuclear weapons at us in order to destroy or at least seriously cripple us. As the Commission report notes, the explosion of “one or two relatively small weapons” could shut down most of the nation’s power grid.

Such an electrical failure would impact and disrupt everything in our society. Who would police our streets to prevent lawlessness like we saw in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina? What would you do when you ran out of food and water? Who could come to help us when virtually everyone in the country was suffering the same fate? Who would defend us from an invasion by a foreign army – and how would our government even know such an army was coming?

It is difficult to imagine or describe the chaos that would ensue, but as the Commission’s report notes, it is likely millions and millions of people would die if the power outage was not solved in a short period of time. Picture scenes from the worst apocalyptic film you can think of.

In other words, a country like Iran, with only a few nuclear weapons strategically launched for optimum effect, would send us hurtling back to the early 18th century – but without the ability those in the 18th century had to manage their lives without electricity.

The threat of EMP is not new. According to a publication of EMPACT (EMP Awareness Coordination Task Force), in 1999 a Russian committee chairman made this chilling statement to a delegation of the U.S. House of Representatives Armed Services Committee:

“Hypothetically, if Russia really wanted to hurt the United States…Russia could…detonate a single nuclear warhead at high-altitude over the United States. The resulting electromagnetic pulse would massively disrupt U.S. communications and computer systems, shutting down everything.”

More ominously, the EMPACT publication opened with a description of what appears to be an actual instance of an EMP attack caused by a nuclear weapon detonation:

“In 1962, deep in a cold war with the Soviet Union, the United States conducted 'Starfish Prime,' a nuclear weapon test over a remote region of the Pacific Ocean. The test was successful, with one unexpected result: Fifteen hundred kilometers away in Hawaii streetlights burned out, TV sets and radios failed and power lines fused.”

North Korea continues to conduct missile launches and develop nuclear weapons. We know that North Korea is assisting Iran in its drive to develop nuclear weapons AND the missile technology with which to launch them, and that Iran has joined North Korea in conducting missile launches to test its technology. The signs couldn’t be clearer.


We also know that many of the leaders of Iran believe that worldwide chaos must occur to set the stage for the reappearance of the 12th Imam. As Iranian President Ahmadinejad proclaimed in a speech in 2005: “Our revolution’s main mission is to pave the way for the reappearance of the 12th Imam, the Mahdi.” It is difficult to envision a more effective way to create massive chaos – in America, in Israel, and in Europe – than through the strategic launch and detonation of a small number of nuclear weapons that trigger an EMP attack.

Americans must awaken to the reality of the threat of an EMP attack before it’s too late to prevent it from happening. Perhaps such an EMP attack wouldn’t occur after the detonation of a high-altitude nuke. Perhaps. Are you willing to go about your daily life in the hope that it won’t? In the chance that it won’t?

We’re not. That’s why ACT! For America is developing a plan to mobilize Americans to action this year. As the Commission report states, it’s not too late to prevent this from happening, but there are actions America must take sooner rather than later to head off an EMP-triggered apocalypse.

We cannot dismiss this threat and we must not succumb to fear. We as a nation can effectively prepare to prevent the threat, if we have the will to act.

EMP.

Electromagnetic pulse. The potential devastation that could be caused by an EMP attack triggered by a nuclear detonation above our country may well be the most serious threat we face from radical Islamists bent on destroying or subjugating us.

As I noted in yesterday’s email, the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack (http://empcommission.org/) reported one year ago:

“…the cascading effects from even one or two relatively small weapons exploded in optimum location in space at present would almost certainly shut down an entire interconnected electrical power system, perhaps affecting as much as 70% or possibly more of the United States, all in an instant…”

The Commission’s report stated it plainly – America is at genuine risk from an EMP attack triggered by just one or two nuclear weapons detonated above our atmosphere.

It is almost impossible to imagine an America without electric power, paralyzed for weeks, even months. In such a scenario, all other infrastructures – communications, transportation, food and water, finance, law enforcement, government – would be crippled. Life as we know it would no longer exist. According to the Commission report, millions and millions of Americans would die.

I know this sounds hard to believe, but model simulations, coupled with a history of real-life events that are similar to a premeditated EMP attack, led the Commission to draw the dire conclusions it did.

We have been warned.

Do our enemies understand our vulnerability to an EMP attack? According to Senate testimony given four years ago, an Iranian military journal had already addressed the issue of an EMP attack against the West:

“Once you confuse the enemy communications network…you will, in effect, disrupt all the affairs of that country. If the world’s industrial countries fail to devise effective ways to defend themselves against dangerous electronic assaults then they will disintegrate within a few years.” (EMPACT publication, Global Single Point Failure: The EMP Threat).

As the EMPACT publication points out, among our enemies the Iranian Islamist government, with the assistance of North Korea, has been conducting missile tests whose objective appears to be to simulate an EMP attack. In other words, as Iran marches inexorably toward the acquisition of nuclear weapons, its leaders know about the potential devastation from an EMP attack, they are planning and preparing for it, and they understand that it would only take a few – or even one – strategically deployed nukes to trigger an EMP attack that would cripple America.

Once Iran has nuclear weapons capability, it is not hard at all to envision a scenario in which they hide such a weapon, and a mobile missile launcher, in the belly of a cargo ship. Then, after sailing the ship to the coastal waters of our eastern seaboard, they launch the missile(s) into the atmosphere over America.

The successful detonation of one or more such missiles could create an EMP that, as the EMP Commission stated, would have the potential for “unprecedented cascading failures of our major infrastructures” – such as our electrical power grid.

This is not science fiction. This threat is very, very real. And because the scope of the threat is so enormous (the Commission estimates 70% or more of our power grid could be destroyed), we simply cannot afford to ignore it. To ignore this threat would be like playing Russian roulette with a loaded gun capable of killing tens of millions of people and destroying our way of life.

After reviewing various reports and discussing this issue with experts in the field, we in the leadership of ACT! For America have determined that we must take action this year to ensure that America is prepared to deal with the threat of an EMP attack. With some intelligence estimates predicting Iran will have enough enriched plutonium in less than two years to produce a nuclear warhead, there is no time for delay.

The good news is there are actions we as a country can take to fend off this threat. We do not need to look on helplessly as enemies of America, such as the mullahs in Iran, plot our destruction.

What is missing is the sufficient political will in Washington to take the actions necessary.

It is for this reason that ACT! For America has prepared a multi-pronged action plan that will need every bit of grassroots support we can muster. Next week we will lay out for you the actions we propose to take this year that will, hopefully, persuade the Obama administration and the Congress to do what is necessary to prevent the unthinkable from happening.

In closing, I urge you, I exhort you, to please take this threat seriously. We must not succumb to fear, but we must also not dismiss this as an imagined threat or a fantasy threat or a hyped-up threat. I know it’s tempting to think that something as devastating as the destruction of our electricity and other infrastructures simply couldn’t happen. Surely, the government is doing everything it can to protect us from this, right?

Unfortunately, no.

The ACT! For America motto is “rising in defense of our security, our liberty, and our values.” I can’t think of a threat from radical Islam where this motto is more appropriate than protecting ourselves against the threat of an EMP attack.

We can do this. We must do this. We will do this.

Obama and the EU will Deliver Israel to Muslim Designs

I am fascinated – no let me rephrase that. I am astonished that the Obama Administration and the power members of the European Union keep haranguing Israel to allow the existence of a sovereign Arab State to be called Palestine to be set up as Israel’s next door neighbor.

One might ask, “Well John Boy, why are you astonished?”

I am glad you asked that.

I am astonished because the group of people the Obama Administration and the European Union wish to install an Israel hating and Jew hating administrative infrastructure whose sole agenda for existing is the destruction of Israel and the promoting of anti-Semitic hatred ala Mein Kampf.

The President of the Palestine Authority even in the present publicly tells his constituents that Israel will not be recognized as a Jewish State. The ruling elite of Gaza as represented by the Islamic terrorist organization Hamas goes further. Not only will Hamas will not recognize a “Jewish State” but also promotes the actual destruction of Jewry. What is the reasoning put forth to the West? The existence of a “Jewish State” is racism.

What!

Most of the West influenced by Leftist ideology buys into this “Israel is a racist State” paradigm. Yet it is the Arab-Muslim Middle East is completely sold out to Islamic Supremacism.

Islamic Supremacism means that all non-Muslims (aka kafir) do not have rights to openly practice their faith (or lack thereof) if it insults Islam-Mohammedanism and the Theo-political cult’s Prophet and god known as Allah. The perceived insult may result in imprisonment or Capital punishment by the Middle Eastern State. Also the perception of the insult of everything Islamic will result in the authorities looking the other way as inflamed and incited Mohammedans ruin property, defile non-Muslim religious places, torture (the kind that maims and kills), rape and an unending list of heinous acts that I choose not to search my memory for.

A little sliver of Land that is the Jewish State of Israel was re-created in the twentieth century from the carnage of the Holocaust which was an apex moment of anti-Semitic hate. That land had become an insignificant waste land for a long time by the late nineteenth century. Jews lived in the area dubbed Palestine even after the Ancient Romans attempted to destroy Jewish heritage after 130’s AD. Those same Jews still were living in then Muslim Supremacist controlled Palestine in the late nineteenth century. European persecution couple with the influence of the rising concept of Zionism led many European Jews to immigrate to the Roman named Palestine.

The few Muslims residing in the Ottoman mismanaged waste land had no animosity to the immigrating Jew until …

A very hate filled anti-Semite known as the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Muhammed Amin al-Husseini began sowing seeds of Arab nationalist hate among his fellow Muslims. Al-Husseini also was a buddy of Hassan al-Banna the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood is one of the originators of today’s current global scourge – Islamic terrorism.

So here we have little sliver Israel reborn from the death of the Holocaust to a new life in the Land of Jewish ancestors. Israel created as a Jewish State to be a place in which global Jewry could return to evade persecution from the West and the East and everything in between.

We have this Land of Israel as a speck in a sea of Islamic Supremacism and many influential people of the West has the temerity to call Israel a racist State that uses apartheid to render Arabs that call themselves second class citizens. These same Arabs have been taught from birth to hate Israel and dream of its destruction. These same Arabs who many in the West claim are the victims of an apartheid style State are the very same that have defiled Jewish revered sites located in the land being pushed to be a sovereign State. These same Arabs are the ones that have used their greater numbers coupled with Islamic Supremacism to strike fear into Arab Christians that used to be the majority in such cities such as Bethlehem.

Now we have President Obama teaming up with EU leadership to force Israel to accept these Arabs who call themselves Palestinians as a partner in a Two-State solution that in their Islamic Supremacism want to rob more Jewish heritage by trying to usurp the Eastern part of Jerusalem.

President Barack Hussein Obama intends to sell out the only real Western democracy in the Middle East to provide advantage to Muslim Supremacy that will literally murder people who wish to practice Freedom and Liberty. In other words BHO advocates becoming a dhimmi to Muslim global demands to the detriment of the sliver of land known as Israel.

Shoher Tactics for Islamic Terrorism

Here is an interesting theory on executing a war on terrorism when there is so much public support for the terrorists a “Collective Liability” should apply to civilian supporters of terrorism. It is a portion of a chapter from a book entitled “Samson Blinded: a Machiavellian Perspective on the Middle East Conflict” by Obadiah Shoher.

Evidently Shoher is a pseudonym. Shoher writes in the hyper-militant Jewish style of Rabbi Meir Kahane. Kahane was considered a racist Jew by moderate and Leftists of both Israel and America. The racism stems from Kahane’s writings that definitively proposes a plan to give incentives for Arabs that call themselves Palestinians to vacate the West Bank. Further Kahane’s writings promoted a policy of forcibly expelling West Bank Arabs if they did not leave willing. And even further Kahane promoted transforming Israel (or at least a portion of Israel) from a secular State to a Jewish theocratic State.

Needless to say Kahane was not endeared by Israeli Leftists or politically correct Israeli moderates. Kahane was jailed for his writing and the organizations it formed around Kahane’s extreme thoughts. Kahane even won a seat in Israel’s Knesset; however he was booted out for his views.

Rabbi Meir Kahane became a martyr to his followers when a Muslim terrorist assassinated him (the guy nabbed was acquitted). (Kahane info is thanks to Answers.com)

Since Obadiah Shoher writes in the spirit of Rabbi Kahane, he has chosen anonymity so that lunatic Muslims cannot assassinate him like Kahane.

Shoher’s writing are extreme as the portion entitled “Collective Liability for Anti-Israel Terrorism”. I know Shoher’s thoughts on rules of engagement with Muslim terrorists and the Muslim population that supports them are definitely not politically correct. I also know if the West (inclusively Israel) cannot wrap their minds around the fact that Muslim terrorists could care less about Western protocols that have led to such war rules as the Geneva Conventions.

Since the Geneva Conventions are not even close to concepts taught by the Quran and Mohammed, Muslim terrorists laugh at any obligation of Western war rules of engagement.

As far as Muslim terrorists are concerned Western concepts of Justice and Civil Liberty are a weakness to be exploited. Hence Muslim terrorists have no qualms of integrating supportive civilian Muslims in their agenda. In essence Muslim civilian support for terrorists by extension makes the civilian a terrorist. If the civilian does not wish the consequences of a terrorist, then the Muslim civilian should renounce Islamic terrorism and aid in eradicating terrorism.

It sounds rough nonetheless battling Muslim extremism in the same way as we do today (particularly with appeasement tactics) will eventually erode Western and American culture into non-existence.

Islamic groups attack law enforcement

The duplicity of victimhood is getting way out of hand by so-called Muslim-Rights organizations in America.

The FBI arrests a brother-in-law of a Barack Hussein Obama body guard on terrorist related charges and the entire (terrorist connected) American-Muslim groups fail to denounce the issues related to terrorism. Rather the American Muslim groups castigate the FBI for planting a paid informant in a Mosque.

Wake-up Americans to the Mohammedan Agenda for America: as in Europe, American Mohammedans will begin to demand (did you read me? I SAID DEMAND) separate laws to accommodate the Mohammedan religion above the law of the land. (The added rant was free :-))

MEIN FUHRER, BERLIN IST JUDEN-FREI!

“My leader, Berlin is Jew-free”.

These words were spoken by Dr. Joseph Goebbels (NAZI Germany’s State Minister for Propaganda and Popular Enlightenment) to Adolph Hitler, founder of the National Socialist Party (NSDAP, shortened to NAZI) and dictator of Germany from 1933 to 1945. Goebbels was referring to Hitler’s command to make European capitals “Jew free” as soon as possible following German occupation. Goebbels spoke these words almost 70 years ago...

"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.”

These words are from the Hamas charter; a vile document that spells out in chilling horror the fate all Jews will suffer at the hands of the Islamists. The followers and supporters of Hamas are in fact the spiritual and political children of the Nazi regime.

University Of Maryland Historian Prof. Jeffrey Herf states that during World War II:

"A confluence of Nazi anti-Semitism and Muslim fundamentalism did take place during the war which was a mixture of ideological affinity and shared political interests. Though Nazi Germany failed in its military and propaganda advances in the Middle East, the ideas it conveyed to the Arabs found adherence,"... pointing to the charter of Hamas, which was established in 1987 and grew out of the Muslim Brotherhood...The history of radical Islam must include the history of the interaction between fascist Italy, Vichy France and above all Nazi Germany, and the radical Arab nationalists of the wartime years"

It is no accident that Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” (My Struggle) is a popular best-seller in the Middle East. Hitler’s book reads like the Hamas charter for each is a statement of pure, unadulterated hate. Both use God to justify their despicable quest to make the world “Juden-frei”. Yet, in truth, the God of the Nazis, of Hamas, and yes, of the founders and leaders of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) who advance the goals of Hamas, is an offense against the very essence of divinity.

Make no mistake, the “Allah” of the terrorists of Hamas and CAIR, the front group created by the Muslim Brotherhood, is a god of abhorrence; a spiteful, hateful and disgusting "being" that serves no other purpose than to justify the irrational hate of Islamist terrorists and those who support them. The Islamists perversion of God is nothing less than religious madness. Thus, is it any wonder that the majority of Muslims in North America came to our continent to free themselves from the religious disorder that permeates every Muslim-majority country on the planet? Is there a Muslim-majority country on Earth that even attempts to make a pretense to protect the “rights” of non-Muslims? Not really. What do Muslims in America know about the countries they left that we don’t?

CAIR claims to represent the “voice of Muslims” in North America. It does not. CAIR represents the voice of hate; the voice of Hamas; the voice of terror. CAIR is the representative of radical Islam in North America and has been from the day it was founded. This is why CAIR has never condemned Hamas. To condemn Hamas would mean condemning family.

CAIR-sponsored anti-Israel protesters displayed blatent [sic] support for Hamas and other terrorist organizations during recent rallies in America. When confronted with this behavior, CAIR-Chicago's Ahmed Rehab attempted to brush aside open support for terrorists by acknowledging that certain protesters should have been dealt with by the removal of their offensive banners and signs; however, Mr. Rehab then dismisses the disturbing events by attacking Israeli military actions against Hamas, adding:

"I find it appalling that some on the pro-Israeli side are better concerned with cardboard paper"

CAIR was founded following the notorious “Philadelphia meeting” in 1993.

At this meeting, attended by Muslim Brotherhood members, Hamas supporters and sympathizers, it was agreed “that a more organized and effective lobbying program was needed here to help their cause.” The FBI testified during the recent Holy Land Foundation trial that the creation of CAIR was one of the fruits of this meeting in Philadelphia. A meeting attended by Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad.

CAIR was formed the following summer by three members of the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), Omar Ahmad, Nihad Awad, and Rafiq Jabbar. The IAP, in turn, was established in America to serve as the premier front group of the Muslim Brotherhood. A 1991 internal memorandum charged them, and others, with serving “the Muslim Palestinian cause on the American front in cooperation and coordination with the Ikhwan (Muslim Brotherhood) inside America and out of it…”

So much for CAIR being a responsible representative for North American Muslims.

Today, CAIR sends out its lackeys to deny CAIR's Hamas origins. Ahmed Rehab is on record making the ludicrous claim that:

"Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmad have never been members of or associated with or tied to Hamas"

In truth, as the U.S. Department of Justice has stated, there is "a wide array of testimonial and documentary evidence expressly linking CAIR and its founders," Awad and Ahmad, to "the greater HAMAS-affiliated conspiracy" in the United States. CAIR's Corey Saylor recently attempted to intimidate Rep. Sue Myrick because she and other members circulated a memo to Congress warning members about meeting with CAIR after being exposed with ties to Hamas. Saylor's sophomoric letter to Rep. Myrick displayed the usual CAIR denials and used the pathetic victim of Islamophobia and benign civil rights group mantra that has long been discredited by the counterterrorism community.

The truth is clear. CAIR is a front group created for Hamas.

CAIR, standing with Hamas, condemns Israel for every defensive act the Jewish state rightfully engages in to defend itself, yet says absolutely nothing about Hamas using innocent children as props in Hamas “terrorist pornography”.

Hamas MP Fathi Hammad is on record boasting of using “human shields” in the recent conflict with Israeli Defense Force (IDF) troops.

Hammad, in a television broadcast, spoke of how the "enemies" of Allah:

"...do not know that the Palestinian people has developed its [methods] of death and death-seeking. For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, and so do all the people living on this land ...The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahideen and the children. This is why they have formed human shields of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahideen, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine... It is as if they were saying to the Zionest [sic] enemy: 'We desire death like you desire life.'"

There you have it. In the words of a top Hamas member in a public broadcast, children, elderly, and women “excel” at dying for Islamist ideology; an ideology that is in complete accord with Adolph Hitler’s philosophy of using people to achieve an end. What kind of people use their own children, women, and elderly as sacrifices to satisfy the blood-lust of religious zealots who profane “Allah” with their very breaths?

This is the Palestinian side of the conflict that CAIR will never reveal.

We of the West suffered a humiliating lesson at Munich when the “free world” sold out Czechoslovakia in order to achieve “Peace in our time” and avert World War II. Apparently, we haven’t been paying attention…but the Islamists have.

They know something we don’t…they can win by not losing.

We don’t have that option ...
