Hamas rejects terms of PA appointment

"The document, which invites Haniyeh to form a new Palestinian government, also includes a clause calling for the recognition of Israel - effectively stalling progress on the formal transfer of power to Hamas."

Islamofascists are multiple birds of one feather. Iran claims it will wipe Israel off the map (President {psycho} Ahmadinejad). The Hamas agenda is mutual and refuse to change their charter calling for the destruction of Israel.

Then there is the Islamofascist rivalry within the camp of murderers. President Mahmoud Abbas has invited Hamas leader Haniyeh to form a Palestinian government. Just one hitch: Haniyeh is required to sign a document that has a clause that recognizes Israel's right to exist. Due Haniyeh's affiliation of the Islamofascist ideal to destroy Israel, has refused to sign the document.

Surprise Surprise!

This effectively kills funds coming from fellow psycho Islamofascist Iran to the coffers of the Palestine Authority. Ouch!

Hamas rejects terms of PA appointment

Abbas: Israel will block pledged Iranian aid

Hamas prime minister-designate, Ismail Haniyeh, is refusing to respond to his formal letter of appointment by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, according to Palestinian sources.

The document, which invites Haniyeh to form a new Palestinian government, also includes a clause calling for the recognition of Israel - effectively stalling progress on the formal transfer of power to Hamas.

Leaders of the extremist Islamic group are adamant that they will not recognize, negotiate with or enter into any agreement with Israel, calling into question their ability to form a government within the three-week legal timeframe demanded by the PA Constitution.

Meanwhile a senior Israel diplomat said on Monday that Israel would do everything in its power to prevent the flow of Iranian funds from reaching a Hamas-led government. The comment came in response to a report in the London-based Dar al-Hayat that Iran would be allocating $250m to the cash strapped PA in place of funding withheld by Israel and the US.

Abbas affirmed the statement, saying in a television interview that without Israel’s consent the money would never reach the Ramallah. In a telephone interview with The Associated Press, Hamas deputy chief Abu Marzouk said the $250m figure was “incorrect,” though he did not elaborate.
