So the U.S. Government allows a foreign company to partner with an American company and paper to squeeze out Boeing from a military contract potentially causing the Pacific Northwest thousands of jobs.
Let’s be clear the foreign company is European Aeronautic Defence and Space (EADS) – a French based company. The American partner on paper to make it look like an American endeavor is Northrop Grumman Corporation. Mostly Northrop gets the partnership cut in profit while most of the work is done by EADS. This French company is providing military aircraft for American usage. Does anyone see the discrepancy?
If the EADS contract goes through for the French (what you done lately for America), then it will end a thirty year relationship with Boeing that provides jobs for Americans living in America.
According to Webloggin many experts believe the Boeing aircraft to be superior in efficiency yet the EADS Airbus will be able to hold a bit more fuel for refueling. The Boeing efficiency is in its refueling aircraft to also hold more cargo and already designed for specs that the U.S. Military uses.
And here is the big scandal of EADS contract: EADS was enabled to make a good bid due to French Government subsidies that Boeing did not have from the American Government.

I bet some congressmen/senators have a much larger bank account after EADS won the contract.
Kyros you may be right. It would be interesting to find out which Congressman are a bit wealthier due to EADS.
