Speeches at U.N. General Assembly



The Holocaust denier Mahmoud Ahmadinejad gave a Twelver Shi’ite sermon to the U.N. General Assembly. The sermon praised the oneness of God (no doubt Allah before the translator gave the English version), the human prophets from Adam to Mohammed (including Jesus as a mere human), truth, democracy, and every other principle that a kafir would laugh concerning the Iranian hypocrisy.

The next day President Barack Hussein Obama gave his America can do better and siding with Arabs that Palestine has a right to exist as a sovereign nation. The pro-Palestine speech effectively is the first time an American President has called Israel an occupier of foreign land. BHO’s ignorance is displayed by the fact that the land had Jewish settlers before 1948, it is Biblically Jewish and the land was won as a result of a failed invasion of Israel by multiple Arab nations in 1967. The other Arab State was supposed to be Transjordan (Jordan) until the British set up the Hashemite Kingdom up as a sovereign nation before a Palestine Two-State creation was implemented in the British Mandate. The Jordanian effort in invading Israel in 1948 and 1967 was not to repatriate Arabs by destroying Israel. The Jordanian design was to get its piece of the pie in dividing destroyed Israel. Jordan partially achieved their goal in 1948 by stalemating Israel Defense Forces outside of what became known to Westerners as the West Bank. At this time Arabs left over from the old Palestine Mandate could have declared a separate Arab State in that West Bank. That did not happen! Jordan asserted sovereignty over the acquired Palestine Mandate land which included what became known as East Jerusalem.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave his U.N. speech on September 24. Netanyahu’s speech was not a reprisal of President BHO’s speech encouraging the usurpation of Jewish land under the appeasement delusion a Palestinian State will bring peace to the Middle East. Rather the Israeli Prime Minister used the world stage of the U.N. General Assembly to castigate Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Holocaust denial with photos and documents demonstrating that Ahmadinejad is an anti-Semite Shi’ite liar.

The Axis is Preparing for Destabilization



In America the word “axis” has often been politically charged to refer to evil nations. Politically an “axis” seems to involve three nations. For example in WWII the Allies (the victors) battled the Axis powers; viz. the Nazi Third Reich, Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan.

Most would consider the Axis powers as heinously evil with unwilling Italians be ruled by a Fascist government. Incidentally I say “unwilling” because when it became apparent to the Italian citizens that Benito Mussolini was a mere puppet of Hitler’s Third Reich and Italy was paying dearly with their blood in a losing war; an Italian mob got a hold of Il Duce and lynched him in a public square.

Hitler tried to exterminate all people he considered a stain to the Master Aryan Race. This included as many Jews as the Nazis could find.

Imperial Japan led by dictator Tojo in the name of Emperor Hirohito committed horrendous atrocities against Chinese, Koreans and POW’s. Millions died.

Though Il Duce was a puppet, he did his share of atrocities. One of the atrocities was the invasion of Ethiopia utilizing poison gas to subdue the nation.

President Bush had labeled Iraq, Iran and North Korea as an Axis of Evil.

Saddam Hussein’s Iraq was a genocidal and authoritarian in ways that no doubt would receive a hat tip Der Fuehrer or Comrade Stalin.

The revolutionary Mullahs of Iran purged the nation of all that may have opposed the psycho-Shi’ites grip on power.

North Korea’s Communist family cult regime mask’s their despotism with Communism; however the people are starved, abused, murdered and propagandized resulting in the Kim family retaining absolute rule.

The so-called humanitarian organization that is supposed to battle the Axis of Evil global atrocities known as the United Nations more often than not serves to protect the evil in nations rather than condemn them. For example the United Nations spends volumes on paper condemning the only democratic-minded nation in the Middle East in the sliver of land known as Israel. Yet the amount of condemnation of the brutal practices associated with Islam goes largely unreported. In fact the U.N. is pushing a global agenda to make it against International Law to criticize acts of Islam while looking the other way as Mohammedans do their best to slaughter Jews. Indeed there is nary a U.N. condemnation against the rising return of Jewish anti-Semitism that is emerging Western nations.

Iraq designs of regional hegemony were derailed by President G.W. Bush. Regardless of what you have heard about the lack of finding WMD in Iraq it is documented that huge amounts of yellow cake was transported from Iraq to Canada to keep out of Islamic terrorist hands and for Canada to use it for actual peaceful purposes. If you think psycho-Saddam would not have sought a way to turn yellow cake into some kind of weapon, then you should re-examine the genocide link above.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind (and Israel’s security apparatus) that Iran is enriching uranium to weapons grade for nuclear weapons. Yet the only thing the world does (sucking up to the U.N. style and oil worries) is write mass papers of condemnation thinking the ink on paper will stop a regime from following through on its very public statements of driving Israel into the sea.

Now Iran is watching with glee as North Korea successfully test detonated a nuclear weapon with the destructive scale that Hiroshima and Nagasaki experienced at the end of WWII.

What was the global response to the Nuke detonation? President Barack Hussein Obama led the way in the usual scary tactic of unleashing a verbal attack that was more likely followed by some official paper with the Presidential Seal on it. I have not sought it out but I would be surprised if the U.N. in their faux position as protector of world peace also wasted some paper devoted to North Korea. In fact knowing that paper does nothing, even Red China denounced the Nuke detonation. O the poor trees. This could set back the Green Movement.

Caroline B. Glick writes about how North Korea’s Nuke detonation, exporting missile technology and the general sales of nuke information is actually an attack on Israel. Do you think that is far fetched? If you do then you are unaware of two psycho-regimes that are buddy in the exchange of weapons technology (no doubt for oil). North Korea and Iran are near kiss'in cousins.

Since it is evident that President Barack Hussein Obama may toss Israel’s National Security under the bus, what Israel have to loose to at least take a shot at Iran’s nuclear industry?

A Nuclear Armed N. Korea and Iran World


North Korea has successfully test detonated an underground weaponized nuclear device.

President Barack Hussein Obama has termed this North Korean act:

President Barack Obama called the moves "blatant defiance" of the Security Council and a violation of international law that would only further isolate North Korea.

North Korea's claims "are a matter of grave concern to all nations," he said, calling for international action in a statement from Washington. "North Korea's attempts to develop nuclear weapons, as well as its ballistic missile program, constitute a threat to international peace and security."

So I have to wonder: What does President BHO intend to do about the nation that President GW called one of the axis of evil? As a memory refresher the axis of evil were originally Iraq, Iran and North Korea. The Iraq leg has been taken down perhaps to be replaced by a Syrian leg. Excerpts from Egypt’s Government Daily Al-Gumhouriyya show a moderate (so-called) view of Syria’s involvement with an axis of evil. The Arab view does not include non-Mohammedan North Korea but other possible Mohammedan nations supportive of Iran’s agenda. The key is that Syria is a leg of the axis of evil and that Iran is the puppet master.

So where is Iran getting a lot of its ballistic missile technology? That would be North Korea. If North Korea is building a ballistic nuclear missile system be assured that Iran is also.

President BHO’s condemnation of the North Korea test nuclear explosion implies that the United Nations will do something about the rogue nation. Will that happen?

It is unlikely! The United Nations is a toothless tiger that brings aid and comfort to autocracies (particularly Mohammedan autocracies) and condemns Western style democratic Republics for not towing the globalist dhimmitude of anti-Israel and anti-Americanism.

The only teeth the United Nations possesses is in the Security Council. In the Security Council the teeth are only shown when there is an unanimous agreement among the permanent members which include the autocracy of Red China and the transitional autocracy of Russia.

North Korea is a client state of Red China and of the formerly Leninist/Communist Russia. Presently the state of being a client is more toward the former than the latter.

Does President BHO really think that the Security Council will really do anything substantive to punish North Korea for breaking all sorts of treaties and international protocols? If President BHO believes that, he is a foreign policy moron.

The real global problem is that psycho North Korea actually is a nuclear deterrent for any nation let alone the toothless U.N. to do anything about North Korea’s global destabilization. North Korea has even warned that any direct action to stop its weapons grade nuclearization will be met with retribution that will first be aimed at South Korea.

So now North Korea is able to use nuclear extortion to bully its way to get nearly anything it wants knowing that a weak stomached fear of nuclear war and the mutually assured destruction (MAD) mentality will likely hamstring any real Western clout.

Since the psycho Communists of North Korea and the psycho Mohammedans of Iran are arms buddies, what kind of extortion will a nuclear armed WMD Iran use to encroach on hegemonic designs in the Middle East (including the destruction of Israel)?

The outrage continues



Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf became the foundation document for Nazi extermination of Jews in Europe. Today we know that as the Holocaust.

The last two Durban Conferences on human rights could be the foundation of a United Nations extermination of Jews in the 21st century.

The premise of the two Durban Conferences (One of which actually took place in Durban) was for global dialogue on ways to end racism. In actuality they were conferences on castigating Jewish Israel and singling out the Zionist State as the only racist nation on the planet.

The United Nations is dominated by despotic and/or intolerant Islamic States. If it were not for the actual power of the U.N. residing with a unanimous Security Council, the U.N. would be the lead in establishing a one world government with thugs and dictators attempting to run the globe. If that were to be the case one could expect Ahmadinejad’s deepest wish to exact a Holocaust that makes Hitler’s Holocaust look like a picnic in the park.

The CRC is another Step toward U.N. World Government

There is a
Treaty out their originating from the U.N. pertaining to children and parents. It is called the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children or CRC. Apparently the Convention only needed 20 signatories for it to be considered international law. To date, 193 have signed the CRC and the USA is not one of those nations.

There is good reason for the USA not to sign the CRC.

  1. It is a step toward World Government abrogating the U.S. Constitution and American sovereignty.

  2. A foreign international body will intrude on parental rights for its view of what is right for a child.

  3. For example those that believe in spanking (not physical abuse) as discipline would be in trouble with the law.

  4. A child can say NO to parental training such as teaching values (religious or secular) and the government will enforce the child’s wishes over the parents.

  5. A child that has committed a heinous crime cannot be tried as an adult with adult convictions that may lead to capital punishment or life sentences. Here I agree to a point, the problem for me is what is defined as a child. The CRC includes the age up to seventeen. There are remorseless teenagers that know what they are doing when committing gang murders or other thug related murders. There has must be an age of accountability for an adult crime committed at least for teenagers.

  6. CRC would be the beginning of State control of individual lives diluting freedom and liberty to what is defined by the government; in other words Big Brother is watching.


President Obama has expressed to the effect that America should care as much about its children as a 193 other signatories of the CRC. The irony is a huge significant amount of those signatories ignore the implication of the CRC in their own nations. Do you think that Middle Eastern Muslim nations will comply with an international convention if it is contrary to Sharia Law? NO! Yet those same hypocritical Muslim nations will happily join a U.N. enforced sanctions against the USA if the U.N. body determines the USA is not complying with the rules of the Treaty.

If you are politically inclined write your Senator. Whether President Obama wishes the Treaty or not, the Senate will have to ratify it for America to be among the signatories of the CRC.

United Nations' threat: No more parental rights
Expert: Pact would ban spankings, homeschooling if children object

A United Nations human rights treaty that could prohibit children from being spanked or homeschooled, ban youngsters from facing the death penalty and forbid parents from deciding their families' religion is on America's doorstep, a legal expert warns.


Michael Farris of Purcellville, Va., is president of
ParentalRights.org, chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association and chancellor of Patrick Henry College. He told WND that under the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, or CRC, every decision a parent makes can be reviewed by the government to determine whether it is in the child's best interest.


"It's definitely on our doorstep," he said. "The left wants to make the Obama-Clinton era permanent. Treaties are a way to make it as permanent as stuff gets. It is very difficult to extract yourself from a treaty once you begin it. If they can put all of their left-wing socialist policies into treaty form, we're stuck with it even if they lose the next election."


The 1990s-era document was ratified quickly by 193 nations worldwide, but not the United States or Somalia. In Somalia, there was then no recognized government to do the formal recognition, and in the United States there's been opposition to its power. Countries that ratify the treaty are bound to it by international law.


Although
signed by Madeleine Albright, U.S. ambassador to the U.N., on Feb. 16, 1995, the U.S. Senate never ratified the treaty, largely because of conservatives' efforts to point out it would create that list of rights which primarily would be enforced against parents.


The international treaty creates specific civil, economic, social, cultural and even economic rights for every child and states that "the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration." While the treaty states that parents or legal guardians "have primary responsibility for the upbringing and development of the child," Farris said government will ultimately determine whether parents' decisions are in their children's best interest. The treaty is monitored by the CRC, which conceivably has enforcement powers.


According to the
Parental Rights website, the substance of the CRC dictates the following:

    · Parents would no longer be able to administer reasonable spankings to their children.

    · A murderer aged 17 years, 11 months and 29 days at the time of his crime could no longer be sentenced to life in prison.

    · Children would have the ability to choose their own religion while parents would only have the authority to give their children advice about religion.

    · The best interest of the child principle would give the government the ability to override every decision made by every parent if a government worker disagreed with the parent's decision.

    · A child's "right to be heard" would allow him (or her) to seek governmental review of every parental decision with which the child disagreed.

    · According to existing interpretation, it would be illegal for a nation to spend more on national defense than it does on children's welfare.

    · Children would acquire a legally enforceable right to leisure.

    · Teaching children about Christianity in schools has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.

    · Allowing parents to opt their children out of sex education has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.

    · Children would have the right to reproductive health information and services, including abortions, without parental knowledge or consent.



"Where the child has a right fulfilled by the government, the responsibilities shift from parents to the government," Farris said. "The implications of all this shifting of responsibilities is that parents no longer have the traditional roles of either being responsible for their children or having the right to direct their children."


The government would decide what is in the best interest of a children in every case, and the CRC would be considered superior to state laws, Farris said. Parents could be treated like criminals for making every-day decisions about their children's lives.


"If you think your child shouldn't go to the prom because their grades were low, the U.N. Convention gives that power to the government to review your decision and decide if it thinks that's what's best for your child," he said. "If you think that your children are too young to have a Facebook account, which interferes with the right of communication, the U.N. gets to determine whether or not your decision is in the best interest of the child."


He continued, "If you think your child should go to church three times a week, but the child wants to go to church once a week, the government gets to decide what it thinks is in the best interest of the children on the frequency of church attendance."


He said American social workers would be the ones responsible for implementation of the policies.


Farris said it could be easier for President Obama to push for ratification of the treaty than it was for the Clinton administration because "the political world has changed."


At a
Walden University presidential debate last October, Obama indicated he may take action.


"It's embarrassing to find ourselves in the company of Somalia, a lawless land," Obama said. "I will review this and other treaties to ensure the United States resumes its global leadership in human rights."


Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been a strong supporter of the CRC, and she now has direct control over the treaty's submission to the Senate for ratification. The process requires a two-thirds vote.


Farris said Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., claimed in a private meeting just before Christmas that the treaty would be ratified within two years.


In November, a group of three dozen senior foreign policy figures urged Obama to strengthen U.S. relations with the U.N. Among other things, they asked the president to push for Senate approval of treaties that have been signed by the U.S. but not ratified.


Partnership for a Secure America Director Matthew Rojansky helped draft the statement. He said the treaty commands strong support and is likely to be acted on quickly, according to an Inter Press Service report.


While he said ratification is certain to come up, Farris said advocates of the treaty will face fierce opposition.


"I think it is going to be the battle of their lifetime," he said. "There's not enough political capital in Washington, D.C., to pass this treaty. We will defeat it."

The only surprise about the edition of Hitler’s Mein Kampf that has become a best seller in Middle Eastern bookstores is its emboldened title translated as “Jihadi” — as in “My Jihad” — confirming in ironic fashion the “moderate” Islamic claim that Jihad just means “struggle,” as in an “inner struggle” — as in a Kampf perhaps.

Meanwhile, we in the West who worry about all this are told to fret instead about being “Islamophobes.” Indeed, a debate rages over the very use of “Islamic fascism” to describe the creed of terrorist killers — as if those authoritarians who call for a return of the ancient caliphate, who wish to impose 7th-century sharia law, promise death to the Western “crusader” and “Jew,” and long to retreat into a mythical alternate universe of religious purity and harsh discipline, untainted by a “decadent” liberal West, are not fascists. It is almost as if Alfred Rosenberg has returned in a kaffiyeh to explain why Jews really are apes and pigs, and why we must recapture the spirit of our primitive ancestors.

Father Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann, President of U.N. General Assembly:

UNITED NATIONS (IPS) - The president of the United Nations General Assembly, Father Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann, dropped a political bombshell last week when he lashed out at Israel for its repressive actions in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, including the recent blockade of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

"What is being done to the Palestinian people seems to me to be a version of the hideous policy of apartheid," he told delegates, during a meeting commemorating the "International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People."



D'Escoto damned both the Israelis and the UN for the plight of the Palestinians. "And he was on target," the official added.

"I believe," d'Escoto said, "that the failure to create a Palestinian state as promised is the single greatest failure in the history of the United Nations."

They are "so similar to the apartheid of an earlier era," he said, "that the world must unite against them, demanding an "end to this massive abuse of human rights" and isolating the offending nation as it once isolated South Africa: with a punishing "campaign of boycott, divestment, and sanctions."

Of which country was he speaking?

Was it Saudi Arabia, where public facilities are segregated by sex, and where a pervasive system of gender apartheid denies women the right to drive, to dress as they choose, to freely marry or divorce, to vote, to appear in public without a male "guardian," or to give testimony on an equal basis with men?

Was it Jordan, where the law explicitly bars Jews from citizenship and where the sale of land to a Jew was for decades not only illegal, but punishable by death?

Was it Iran, where homosexuality is a capital crime — at least 200 Iranian gays were executed last year - and whose president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, asserted at Columbia University that there are no homosexuals in Iran?

Was it Sudan, where tens of thousands of black Africans in the country's southern region, most of them Christians or animists, have been abducted and sold into slavery by Arab militias backed by the Islamist regime in Khartoum?

It was none of these. The General Assembly president, a radical Maryknoll priest who served as Nicaragua's foreign minister during the Sandinista regime in the 1980s, was not referring to any of the Middle East's Muslim autocracies and dictatorships, virtually all of which discriminate against ethnic and religious minorities. He was speaking of the Jewish state of Israel, the region's lone democracy, and the only one that guarantees the legal equality of all its citizens - one-fifth of whom are Muslim and Christian Arabs.

D'Escoto's call for Israel to be shunned as a pariah and strangled economically came on the UN's Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, an annual occasion devoted to lamenting the rebirth of Jewish sovereignty in the 20th century, denouncing the national liberation movement — Zionism - that made that rebirth possible, and championing the cause of the Palestinian Arabs. The event occurs on or about Nov. 29, the anniversary of the UN vote in 1947 to partition Palestine into two states, one Jewish and one Arab. There are impassioned speeches, in which Israel's sins are enumerated and condemned, and the statelessness of the Palestinians is bewailed. Unmentioned is the fact that Palestine's Arabs would have had their state 60 years ago had they and the Arab League not rejected the UN's decision and chosen instead to declare war on the new Jewish state.

Like so much of what takes place at the UN, the obsession with demonizing Israel and extolling the Palestinians is grotesque and Orwellian. More than 1 million Israeli Arabs enjoy civil and political rights unmatched in the Arab world — yet Israel is accused of repression and human-rights abuse. Successive Israeli governments have endorsed a "two-state solution" - yet Israel is blasted as the obstacle to peace. The Palestinian Authority oversees the vilest culture of Jew-hatred since the Third Reich, and wants all Jews expelled from the land it claims for itself - yet Israel is labeled an "apartheid state" and singled out for condemnation and ostracism.

Make no mistake: In likening Israel to apartheid-era South Africa, the UN is engaged not in anti-racism but in anti-Semitism. In the 1930s, the world's foremost anti-Semites demanded a boycott of Jewish businesses. Today they demand a boycott of the Jewish state.

"No good German is still buying from a Jew," announced Hitler's Nazi Party in March 1933. "The boycott must be a universal one . . . and must hit Jewry where it is most vulnerable." Seventy-five years later, the president of the General Assembly urges the world to throttle Israel's 6 million Jews with "boycott, divestment, and sanctions." There is no significant difference between the two cases — or the animus underlying them.

When the UN adopted its odious "Zionism is racism resolution" in 1975, US Ambassador Daniel Patrick Moynihan minced no words. "The United States," he declared, "does not acknowledge, it will not abide by, it will never acquiesce in this infamous act." Where is such a voice of moral outrage today?

UN Defines Racism as Everything Israel


There is a UN sponsored World Conference Against Racism scheduled to take place in early 2009 in Geneva, Switzerland. Just as in a similar conference that took place in Durban, South Africa this conference’s chief movers and shakers are among the world’s chief racist nations which will engage in anti-Semitic racism against Israel and hypocritically accuse the West of human rights abuses.

This
conference is simply further evidence that the United Nations has become a failure and irrelevant according to its founding charter. It is an example that should call for nations that actually believe in practicing human rights and democracy should withdraw from the United Nations and begin another world organization in which membership is based on democratic principles, civil rights and military defense. Thus membership would be a higher principle than just being a sovereign nation.

If a nation is autocratic, despotic and Islamist human rights abusers; they will be excluded.

I know I can hear the Leftists crying out that Israel is one the greatest human rights abusers in the treatment of so-called Palestinian refugees. Hello! Those refugees were created by surrounding Islamic Arab nations that attacked Israel in 1948. The Arabs lost. The
Arabs that fled newly Independent Israel assumed the Jewish State would be terminated by overwhelming numbers of Islamic Arab nations. As soon as the attacking nations lost these Arabic refugees should have been considered an Arab problem not an Israeli problem.

How did the loser Arabs handle there responsibility? They handled the Arabic refugee problem irresponsibility. The
Arab League got together and decided not to allow the displaced Arabs to matriculate into the surrounding Arab nations to ensure that there would be a perpetual conflict with Israel.

Thus the Arabic refugees were propagandized that it was the Jews fault for their plight. Especially after various Islamic and Leftist Arabic terrorist groups formed under an umbrella of the Palestine Liberation Organization with the leadership of Islamofascist thug Yasser Arafat, these Arab created refugees supporters of murdering Israeli Jews.

Do you think Israel is just going to sit by while Arabs that call themselves Palestinians kill Jewish civilians and then hide or support terrorists without some kind of response? Ergo when a suicide homicidal bomber kills Jews, the family that supported and hailed that murderer is held accountable. You support terrorism you pay the price. Often Israel will destroy a house of terrorist supporters.

This is what Leftists consider Israeli human rights violations. COME ON! GET REAL!

It is not Politically Correct to point this out these days: Islamic nations and nations with a significant Islamic population persecute, torture, rape and murder Christians to an intolerable degree compared to a few enlightened writers vilifying Islam with words in nations which the population of Muslims are the minority to nearly nonexistent.

And yet an international Mohammedan organization known as the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) has proposed a Resolution to the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) which was duly passed in 2005 known as “Combating Defamation of Religions” (Mar. 20, 2008 Official OHCHR document).

Here is a summary of the initial promulgation of Combating Defamation of Religions from 2005:

    In a resolution (A/HRC/4/L.12) on Combating defamation of religions, adopted by a vote of 24 in favour, 14 against, and nine abstentions, as orally amended, the Council expresses deep concern at attempts to identify Islam with terrorism, violence and human rights violations; notes with deep concern the intensification of the campaign of defamation of religions, and the ethnic and religious profiling of Muslim minorities, in the aftermath of the tragic events of 11 September 2001; urges States to take resolute action to prohibit the dissemination including through political institutions and organizations of racist and xenophobic ideas and material aimed at any religion or its followers that constitute incitement to racial and religious hatred, hostility or violence; also urges States to provide adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation of religions, to take all possible measures to promote tolerance and respect for all religions and their value systems and to complement legal systems with intellectual and moral strategies to combat religious hatred and intolerance; further urges all States to ensure that all public officials, including members of law enforcement bodies, the military, civil servants and educators, in the course of their official duties, respect different religions and beliefs and do not discriminate against persons on the grounds of their religion or belief, and that any necessary and appropriate education or training is provided; invites the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance to regularly report on all manifestations of defamation of religions and in particular on the serious implications of Islamophobia on the enjoyment of all rights; and requests the High Commissioner for Human Rights to report to the Human Rights Council on the implementation of this resolution at its sixth session.

    The result of the vote was as follows:

    In favour (24): Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cameroon, China, Cuba, Djibouti, Gabon, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Tunisia.

    Against (14): Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Republic of Korea, Romania, Switzerland, Ukraine and United Kingdom.

    Abstentions (9): Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Ghana, India, Nigeria, Peru, Uruguay and Zambia. (

Note this resolution camouflaged to embrace all religions really is to protect Islam from International criticism. Also note that the members of the OHCHR are all Mohammedan nations in which other religions are not tolerated; indeed Christians that live in these ratifying nations are often the recipients of violence and any Mohammedan that converts to Christianity is subject to the death penalty.

It is now 2008 and the UN is attempting to make this a binding International Law which would in effect stifle free speech that exposes Islam as a religion of violence rather than peace.

The subtitle of this Washington Post editorial is “His campaign of terror will keep him in power, barring an international intervention.”

The UN (ergo international intervention) allows Iran to acquire nuclear power. Iran is a psycho-Islamist regime.

The UN allows genocide Darfur, Sudan.

The UN panders to Islamic nations while Israel bears international pressure to commit national suicide under the delusion that the giving up land won from invading armies will produce peace in the Middle East.

The UN allows Communist China to not only conquer Tibet in the early 1950’s but does nothing while the Communist Chinese persecute Tibetans that want their sovereignty and nation back. Hmm … makes me think of the Arabs that call themselves Palestinians again.

Do Americans realize the United Nations via the bureaucratic agency known as the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has for three generations managed an international welfare system for Arabs that call themselves Palestinians?

Basically the UNRWA has funneled money to these Arabs that were made refugees by their own people after being defeated by numerous invasions of Israel. The purpose of the money is logical humanitarian necessities such as education for children, medical needs, food and so forth.

Now that sounds altruistically human to displaced people (again displaced by their own people) does it not?

Now that I have gotten this far let us examine the Preamble and first two Articles of the United Nations Charter (ratified in 1946).

    WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, and to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, AND FOR THESE ENDS to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbours, and to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security, and to ensure, by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, save in the common interest, and to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples, HAVE RESOLVED TO COMBINE OUR EFFORTS TO ACCOMPLISH THESE AIMS Accordingly, our respective Governments, through representatives assembled in the city of San Francisco, who have exhibited their full powers found to be in good and due form, have agreed to the present Charter of the United Nations and do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations.

    CHAPTER I

    PURPOSES AND PRINCIPLES

    Article 1

    The Purposes of the United Nations are:

    1. To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;

    2. To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;

    3. To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion; and

    4. To be a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends.

    Article 2

    The Organization and its Members, in pursuit of the Purposes stated in
    Article 1, shall act in accordance with the following Principles.


    1. The Organization is based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all its Members.

    2. All Members, in order to ensure to all of them the rights and benefits resulting from membership, shall fulfill in good faith the obligations assumed by them in accordance with the present Charter.

    3. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and. justice, are not endangered.

    4. All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

    5. All Members shall give the United Nations every assistance in any action it takes in accordance with the present Charter, and shall refrain from giving assistance to any state against which the United Nations is taking preventive or enforcement action.

    6. The Organization shall ensure that states which are not Members of the United Nations act in accordance with these Principles so far as may be necessary for the maintenance of international peace and security.

    7. Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter VII. Yeah I know it is a mouthful to say not to mention to read. The point is the U.N. was created after a horrendous war (WWII) in which the victors were fortunately believers in the process of Democracy (accept one member that was included in the hope inclusion would further the pipe dream of global peace with the existence of powerful despotic nation – the USSR).

Here’s the thing: The U.N. mandated the creation of two sovereign nations to be carved out of the Palestinian Mandate that would be divided between a Jewish Nation (awarded a Sovereign Homeland due to the Final Solution designs of one losers of WWII) and Arabs (mostly Mohammedan but with a then substantial Christian minority) that would be part of then Trans-Jordan (today’s Jordan).

Of course Intolerant Mohammedan lands could not see giving a microscopic slice of land to Jews. These very Jews basically rejuvenated the Land from the Turkish mismanaged wasteland that was allowed to occur. These very Jews turned the wasteland into a productive land. True most of the Jews were immigrating Zionists with a dream initiated by Theodore Herzl for Jews to return home to a place to avoid European anti-Semitism that began in the late 1800’s even before Ottoman Turkey lost WWI.

To comprehend the intolerance and greed of Muslim Arabs look at a map of what the U.N. was giving Jews as compared to the land that Arabs possessed largely liberated from the Ottoman Turks at the end of WWI. (Of course there were European abuses in controlling the formation of Arab nations based on European interests, but that is another story.) You almost need a magnifying glass or digital enlargement to see the land given to Jews.

On 29 November 1947, the United Nations General Assembly, with a two-thirds majority international vote, passed the United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine (United Nations General Assembly Resolution 181), a plan to resolve the Arab-Jewish conflict by partitioning the territory into separate Jewish and Arab states, with the Greater Jerusalem area (encompassing Bethlehem) coming under international control. Jewish leaders (including the Jewish Agency), accepted the plan, while Palestinian Arab leaders rejected it and refused to negotiate. Neighboring Arab and Muslim states also rejected the partition plan. The Arab community reacted violently after the Arab Higher Committee declared a strike and burned many buildings and shops.

As armed skirmishes between Arab and Jewish paramilitary forces in Palestine continued, the British mandate ended on May 15, 1948 (Link added), the establishment of the State of Israel having been proclaimed the day before (see Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel). The neighboring Arab states and armies (Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Transjordan, Holy War Army, Arab Liberation Army, and local Arabs) immediately attacked Israel following its declaration of independence, and the 1948 Arab-Israeli War ensued. Consequently, the partition plan was never implemented. Following the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, the 1949 Armistice Agreements between Israel and neighboring Arab states eliminated Palestine as a distinct territory. With the establishment of Israel, the remaining lands were divided amongst Egypt, Syria and Jordan (Link added). (The 10 Ages of Palestine)


The United Nations has been actively financing education via UNRWA for Islamofascist Terrorist causes. In the case I just read about an Islamic Jihad terrorist was killed by an Israeli air strike in Gaza. The thing is the terrorist was also under the employ of the UNRWA (ergo the United Nations) as a science teacher at a school also supported by the UNRWA.

Has the United Nations gone off course or what! The United Nations is using funds it collects from member Nations (Hello! Primarily America) to finance Islamofascist Terrorist Organizations (like Hamas and Islamic Jihad AND probably the whole PLO terrorist system) which have the sole goal of eliminating a Western style democratic nation known as Israel WHICH is a member of the United Nations.

In case you are not seeing the picture I am painting let try to rephrase this. Arabs that are not U.N. members are being paid by the U.N. to encourage said Arabs to eliminate U.N. member nation Israel.

It gets worse! American tax dollars are the hugest contributors to this corrupt dysfunctional peace promoting organization.

And think of this: Barack Hussein Obama wants to take even more American taxes to give to the corrupt United Nations on some sort of Global Poverty Initiative (which is only waiting a Senate approval and a Presidential signature). This Global Poverty tax if approved on the national level would the U.N. a limited power to mess with our National Interests even if America disapproved a U.N. funded policy program or who the U.N. chooses to manage the program like the Islamic Terrorists working for the UNRWA.

It is Time for a United Nations of Democracy


Atlas Shrugs posts some excerpts that demonstrate the true nature of the United Nations. It has become a club of anti-Semitics (Atlas Shrugs term is apropos – Judeophobics). The UN was creator by the victors of WWII that wished to have a global organization that promoted peace and human rights for the inhabitants of planet Earth.

As the Western Democracies became the minority to Third World dictatorships and eventual petro-dollar strong Mohammedan autocratic nations, the UN has become a global organization that dumps on the Middle East’s only viable Western Democracy with full equal Rights to all citizens of race, creed and faith – Israel.

Indeed Israel was created out of the Western Guilt of allowing the Holocaust to proceed thus the Land Israel became a nation in which people of Jewish origin (practicing and non-practicing Jews) have a haven in which their government would not persecute them for being Jewish.

Jump from the modern Israeli nationhood of 1948 to the present and one can view a series of wars perpetrated by Jew hating Arabs (mostly Mohammedan but also a few secularist and dhimmified Christian Arabs) to exterminate the Jews of Israel as if they were vermin and not people. Hello memories of the Nazi “
Final Solution.”

Look at the properties of anti-Semitism today. There is an emerging rise of anti-Semitism in Europe again. My opinion this is occurring because of the Leftist susceptibility to embrace the propaganda of Mohammedan victimization propaganda. That propaganda basically vilifies Israeli harshness toward Arabs that call themselves Palestinians yet horrifically fails to explain it is an Israeli response to terrorist action against Israel. The Mohammedan propaganda also fails to mention these Arabs not only support the terrorist acts they also aid and hide the terrorists from Israeli justice. Thus Israel often reacts to punish families or neighborhoods of the terrorists because is all the horror of accomplice to murder.

The West does not hear or read this part but only reads, hears and sees the propaganda of Mohammedan victimization.

Another seed of the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe is the influx of Mohammedan immigrants that have flocked to Europe with hatred and animosity in their hearts already planted against Jews.

And worst of all the United Nations of has become a disseminator of anti-Semitism due to the inherent nature of the majority of haters of Democracy and Jews that have rendered the original creation of the UN as a mockery.

I like the quote given in Atlas Shrugs tagged to John McCain concerning the UN:

    John McCain has it exactly right when he talks about replacing the UN by a union of democracies —a suggestion I have myself repeatedly made over the years.

Why is There a United Nations?


It is beyond me why Western Democracies continue membership in the United Nations. The U.N. Charter created by victorious Democracies over Fascism, Nazism and Japanese Imperial brutality at the end of WWII has been rendered irrelevant since the inclusion Mohammedan nations, Mohammedan sympathetic nations and despotic Third World Nations.

Obviously this is a meaningless scrap of geopolitical humbug.

Here is the Preamble to the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights (adopted by the U.N. in 1948 – Hmmm … The very year Arab Mohammedan nations first tried to wipe Israel off the map):

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.


Despotic Communist nations made this a farce from day one; however with the inclusion of the influence of Mohammedan ruled nations in the U.N. General Assembly it is more a load of crap in 2007 than in 1948.

Anne Bayefsky writes about the total irrelevance of the United Nations; however she misses the reason that Western nations feel impelled to remain in the U.N. due the power of the Security Council. Unanimous votes (this excludes abstentions) in the Security Council are capable of mobilizing a significant military array to enforce the will of the Security Council will (but not necessarily the United Nations will comprised of the General Assembly and the Secretary-General).

The former Soviet Union’s abstention in Korean War illustrated this and the USA took full advantage to engage in a U.N. sanctioned war that ended up in a stalemate and the separation of Korea into two separate nations.

The Global lesson learned is that one veto nullifies even a majority vote of the Security Council. Therein lay the hesitation of America or any other permanent Security Council nation from departing from United Nations membership. If a Britain, France or America (three of five permanent members) should leave the U.N. the remaining permanent members (Russia and China) could lead a coalition that would be detrimental geopolitically to some nation or nations.

Thus the only way for America to abandon the U.N. is to pre-arrange a coalition to counter her enemies. Currently even Western Democratic nations are jealous of American global hegemony; therefore lay the American quandary with the United Nations.
