Free Speech and Joe Kaufman

I have been known to post pleas for funds from very legitimate organizations with an agenda to support very legitimate causes.

One such cause is David Horowitz’s Freedom Center legal defense of Joe Kaufman (also posted at Muslims Against Sharia) by Islamic organizations that have used the American criminal and civil legal systems to squelch his Free Speech rights to investigate the evil of Islam.

If those Islamic organizations are successful and bring down Joe Kaufman then look for the next step. That step would be going after people like you and me.

Here is a neutral profile from the Canada Free Press:

Joe Kaufman is the Chairman of Americans Against Hate and the founder of CAIR Watch. He is also an investigative journalist for Frontpage Magazine and the spokesperson for the Terror-Free Oil Initiative.

Now here is the frivolous lawsuit that has no basis to go all the way:

Last year, Joe Kaufman, an American activist and the chairman of Americans Against Hate, traveled to Texas to lead a peaceful ten-person protest against the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), an organization that has been tied to Pakistani radical Islamic groups. During Kaufman's peaceful protest he was served with a harsh temporary restraining order as well as a suit alleging defamation and harassment. What is particularly troubling about Kaufman's case, is that the suit was not filed against him by ICNA, but by seven Dallas area plaintiffs who had never previously been mentioned by Kaufman, nor had they present at Kaufman's protest. The case is currently being litigated in Texas while Kaufman who lives in Florida is forced to spend his own money on travel and hotel accommodations in order to defend his rights to free speech and peacefully assemble. So you can see the tactic. Kaufman has been rather successful at exposing Islamic terrorist connections. American-Muslim organizations that claim to be moderate yet in reality support terrorist organizations such as Hamas have developed a strategy to shut the Kaufman’s of America up. That strategy is to sue with a large amount of financing behind the American-Islamic organizations without any real intention of winning. The object is to drain the anti-Islamist writer or reporter of their own finances by having to pay long arduous legal fees to battle well financed American-Islamic organizations.

Here is an example of the baseless Islamic attack to discredit Kaufman:

Americans Against Hate is an organization that creates slander and uneducated, presumptive allegations that never have merit or truth. Joe Kaufman is a man with a plan to spread lies and hatred toward Islam and creates broad and unfounded accusations that never are logical. Americans Against Hate (AAH) does the exact opposite of what the title and scope of his organization assumes.

[Then a load of smear came against Kaufman because a Left Wing organization denounces Kaufman.]

This is a man (Kaufman) who founded an organization called Americans Against Hate. It's the [...] Oxymoron, because all it does is spew hate!

Americans Against Hate is a website that is created to establish anti-everything that is associated with Islam and Muslims in general. Just like many other self-righteous bigots, Kaufman is considered to be a right-wing extremist with ties to Israeli terrorist organizations listed by the U.S. Department of State, and even has his blog articles prohibited in the Jewish Israeli Magazine due to his loyalties to Kahane Chai and Kach radical groups. [Then this website goes out its way to portray a Hannity and Colmes interview including all the “uhs” and “ahs” of horrible English public speaking.]

Just to contradict the accusation of hate speech or racism against Kaufman let’s read from an Islamic website that is way closer to moderate Islam than are most of well financed Islamist connected American-Islamic organizations.

Muslims Against Sharia rallies with Kaufman about exposing a Muslim on a School Board in Florida who relishes in the glory of Hamas:

On March 1, 2008, Broward County School Board Diversity Committee member Jawhar Sadallah Badran, an appointee of School Board member Robert Parks, was caught on camera making statements in support of the terrorist organization Hamas. They included “Hamas is not a terrorist organization,” “Hamas is a defender of the Palestinian people,” and “Hamas is better than Fatah, because there’s no corruption. Hamas takes care of the people.”

As well, in July of 2006, Badran made a statement to the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel describing himself as a suicide bomber. He said, “Hamas and Hezbollah are committing acts of defense against the acts of the Israelis. The only weapons that we have are to strap bombs on our bodies and do whatever damage and destruction we can.”

Furthermore, Badran is a representative for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group that has a number of terrorist ties. Indeed, the United States Justice Department has recently named CAIR as a co-conspirator for a current federal trial which is dealing with the financing of millions of dollars to Hamas.

We believe wholeheartedly in Freedom of Speech, but because of Mr. Badran’s expressions of support for terrorist organizations and violence and because of his radical affiliations, we feel that he should be disallowed from serving on any government forum, especially one that deals with diversity and children. We therefore are calling on you to act swiftly to remove Jawhar “Joe” Badran from the Broward County School Board Diversity Committee. He should not be able to serve another day.

Even Muslims that hate their heritage of violence are supporters Joe Kaufman. Does that sound like “hate speech” or “racism”?

Let’s examine the Rabbi Meir Kahane who the American-Islamic terror affiliated organizations are using to character assassinate Joe Kaufman.

In 1985, the Knesset passed an amendment to Israel's Basic Law, barring "racist" candidates from election. The committee banned Kahane a second time, and he appealed to the Israeli High Court. This time the court found in favor of the committee, declaring Kahane to be unsuitable for election. (Wikipedia)

Here is the basis of Rabbi Kahane’s racism. So what was Kahane racism?

Kahane argued that observance of Torah was the only reason to be Jewish. He saw secular Jews as hypocritical racists:

His supporters say Kahane was protecting Torah values and the integrity of the Jewish nation, but his detractors consider Kahane's views bigoted.

Kahane also believed that a Jewish democracy with non-Jewish citizens was self-contradictory because the non-Jewish citizens might someday become a numerical majority and vote to make the state non-Jewish:

I ask a question that sends Israelis crazy, both on the Left and on the Right. The question is as follows: if the Arabs settle among us and make enough children to become a majority, will Israel continue to be a Jewish state? Do we have to accept that the Arab majority will decide?

Kahane claimed that historically there are no examples of Arab Muslims living peacefully alongside other non-Arab ethnic groups. Thus Kahane proposed the forcible deportation of nearly all Arabs from all lands controlled by the Israeli government.

"A total of some 750,000 Jews fled Arab lands since 1948. Surely it is time for Jews, worried over the huge growth of Arabs in Israel, to consider finishing the exchange of populations that began 35 (50) years ago." (Ibid)

Kahane’s racism was based on his distrust of Muslim-Arabs who are devoted to the extermination of Israel and every Jew residing there. That may sound harsh but self-preservation is hardly racism. Kahane did not call for the extermination of Muslim-Arabs as most of Middle Eastern Muslims are taught to believe for Israeli-Jews.

Now let’s examine the accusation that Kahane was a terrorist.

The movement founded by Kahane became known as the Kach Party and Kahane chai (i.e. “Kahane lives [on]”). Rabbi Kahane was assassinated by an Islamic terrorist well connected to al Qaeda in New York City in 1990. Four years later a Kach supporter by the name of Dr. Baruch Goldstein went on a murder spree at a dual Jewish-Muslim worship location. The incident has become known to Jews as the Cave of the Patriarchs Massacre and to the Muslims as Al-Haram Al-Ibrahemi Mosque Massacre.

Regardless of Palestinian propaganda it has been proven that IDF reservist Dr. Baruch Goldstein acted alone. Even so the Jewish community of Israel and the Jews of the West were so horrified by the massacre that the Kach Party and the Kahane chai were declared illegal terrorists organizations. The U.S. State Department followed through by citing the two Jewish organizations to be on the Terror Watch List.

Now let’s compare acts of terrorism by the Kach Party and Hamas or Fatah (the assassinator of Kahane was a PLO operative as well). There is NO compare available.

So if Kaufman subscribed to the belief that racist Islamic Supremacists should be separate from Jews (and should be separate from all non-Muslims who love their life), how is that an indictment against Kaufman?

Syria: Tried Nukes but Now Chemical WMD

Can you imagine this? Syria is caught lying about an expanded chemical weapon WMD plant that was earlier destroyed by Israel because it was a secret nuclear facility.

And can you imagine this? Syria continues to lie even though American intelligence via satellite photos exposes the reality of the chemical weapon WMD plant.

I am guessing the chemical WMD are from Saddam Hussein’s Iraq to give the Syrian government a nice stockpile to ad to.

Now most nations lie when their hands are caught in the cookie jar hoping that lying projects plausible deniability. Incredibly Syria was confronted by the Obama administration with the satellite photo evidence. And more incredibly Syria continues to lie even as the smoke clears from the gun of truth.

Let’s see. Should the West, America and Israel call this plausible deniability or taqiyya?

The dhimmis will call it plausible deniability and those who understand Mohammedanism or are gaining an understanding will definitely call it the lying taqiyya.

The lying State of Syria is Iran’s conduit for Hezbollah to be armed. Syria is also the home of Hamas’ supreme leader Khaled Meshal. Both Hamas and Hezbollah have one goal in their existence. That goal is to end Israel’s existence and kill Jews.

Who Believes in Peace?

If you have not heard Israel has a new government with the Likud Party as the majority partner. This means Benjamin Netanyahu is the Prime Minister and Avigdor Lieberman (prevailing profile and less hostile profile) is the Foreign Minister.

If you haven’t been following Israeli politics you also may not be aware that Lieberman is quite the controversial choice to be Foreign Minister. Lieberman and his Yisrael Beiteinu (English: Israel our Home) Party are openly hostile toward Arab-Muslims as a fifth column dedicated to bring down Israel and terminate Jews.

I know it is extreme but I agree with Lieberman. I agree because Mohammedan Scriptures (or whatever Islam calls their holy writings) are teaming with references to convert or exterminate Jews (Christians are in that category as well).

So I see Lieberman standing for truth even though it is politically incorrect.

Noting Lieberman’s disposition Mahmoud Abbas - aka Abu Mazen (positive profile and terrorist profile) - is utilizing the Palestinian victimhood card saying there is no way the PA can deal with Lieberman on a peaceful solution to create a sovereign Palestinian State.

Abbas is probably correct.

On the other hand Abbas is demonstrating his Islamic Supremacist hubris when he projects that the Palestinians have any intention in living in peace with a Jewish State. That is simply lying hypocrisy by a taqiyya-master schmoozing with the West.

CAIR Strikes Back

Not long ago I posted an Act for America alert pertaining to the FBI cutting off the advisory role of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Act for America has sent a related alert about CAIR attempting to strike back by obfuscating CAIR’s relationship with Hamas. As should be expected they are pulling the “I am the poor victim of Islamophobic racism.”

Dear John, In the past seven days, evidence surfaced that the FBI was cutting off its primary contacts with CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations), after CAIR refused to address FBI questions about CAIR’s relationship to Hamas (a designated terrorist organization).

Then, five members of Congress sent a letter to other members of Congress entitled “Beware of CAIR,” citing the evidence that the FBI had severed ties with CAIR.

CAIR has responded in its predictable fashion – attack the messengers. The commentary below, from the website of SANE (Society of Americans for National Existence), includes the response letter that CAIR sent to Congresswoman Sue Myrick, co-chair of the House Anti-Terrorism Caucus. One line in CAIR’s letter is telling:

“If enduring these baseless attacks from you is part of God’s price for freedom, we embrace them.”

Playing the victim, or in this case, the martyr, is a common tactic among Islamists. In CAIR’s world, any critique or criticism of it, no matter how reasoned or documented, is anti-Muslim bigotry. For CAIR to claim that allegations against it are “baseless” is, well, baseless.

Why would the FBI finally make the decision it did to sever ties with CAIR if there was no basis for doing so? Why would the Justice Department list CAIR as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial if there was no basis for doing so? Why would an FBI agent, testifying under oath during that trial, label CAIR as a front organization for Islamist extremism if there was no basis for saying so?

The answer is they wouldn’t.

Israel: Go for Unconditional Surrender

The Western Left, the PC crowd and Muslim oil extortionists are all whining that Israel is using disproportionate military response to the Hamas missile landing in Israel civilian centers. I even heard an Arab-Palestinian on Fox News question what Israel is doing since (as of the date of the interview) no Israeli causalities have been incurred.

The implication being that a few missiles directed by Hamas who calls for the obliteration of Israel and Jews is not a significant reason for Israel to launch a major offensive assault directed at the Hamas Jew-hating murderers.

Of course that is a bunch of crock. Israel should pursue Hamas with the same tenacity the Allies of WWII demanded of the Nazi/Fascist/Japanese Axis; i.e. Unconditional Surrender.

Such a military action may accomplish two things.

After a defeated Hamas occurs in Gaza, the Israeli government can turn the land back to the control of the Palestinian Authority (ruled by a Mahmoud Abbas of suspect trustworthiness).

The Palestinian Authority should get a message of how Israel makes an example of Hamas and those that support the Islamic terrorists; viz. that Israel is prepared to be friendly to a form of a Two-State solution and that any Palestinian betrayal will be met with the same fate as Hamas.

Does Israel have the guts to pursue such a strategy? I doubt it. As powerful as little Israel is, little Israel is little. Israel played an increasingly loosing diplomatic with Europe and America who have been deluded into believing that Israel is the reason for Arab-Palestinian suffering. The fact is Arab-Palestinian suffering was initiated by the original invading Arab States in 1948 and perpetuated from that time for the sole reason of creating a thorn in Israel’s side.

Now that I have expressed my view that an all out war to defeat the enemy should be the goal of Israel, read Dore Gold’s defense of the current force Israel is using against the Hamas war criminals.

The Islamic Practice of Lying

Here are some ex-Mohammedans and/or anti-Islamist experts commenting on the Mohammedan practice of taqiyya which is deception (or really just plain lying). The expert testimony is interspersed with a couple of examples of Islamic lying with the sole purpose of deceiving.

There is Taqiyya in the Air

Ted Bellman believes a peace deal has been made between Israel and Syria.

Apparently Israel has working behind closed doors under Turkish mediation to cut yet another land for peace scheme with Syria. Bellman suspects there is a relationship with Egypt mediated truce between Israel and Hamas.

It all boils down to the apparent success of convincing Arabs and Sunni minded Turks that Shi’ite Iran has become so much of a threat to the ruling Sunni Elites of the Middle East, that they are willing to make serious deals to legitimize Israel in order to focus on Iran.

It would be a huge coup to get Syria on board with the other Arab nations and Turkey and out of the Iranian orbit.

The thing is I do not trust it. Assad of Syria has signed military pacts with Iran. Syria and Iran has been a conduit to provide sophisticated weaponry to Shi’ite Hezbollah of Lebanon to the detriment of Sunni Muslims and Christian Arabs of the same nation. Since Hezbollah is a puppet of Iran with a goal to eradicate Israel, there is an essence of treachery in the air.

Another thing to consider is that the population of Syria is a majority Sunni Muslim nation; however the ruling elites are Alawites more akin to Shia than Sunni. The only thing that Shia and Sunni really have in common is the radical Islamic element hating Israel and America.

I personally have the opinion the Alawite elites of Syria are practicing Taqiyya with the Sunni Arabs and Israel in a Machiavellian move to strategically upgrade military positioning on Israel and the weak official Lebanonese government. This will enable a Hezbollah coup in which the Shi’ites become the dictatorial rulers of Lebanon while Syria will be in a position to enhance Hezbollah and confront Israel if the Israeli government discovers there deluded mistake of land for peace.

The Egyptian brokered peace between Israel and Hamas is also a probable Taqiyya situation in which the irony of Sunni Hamas receiving military weaponry and training from Shi’ite Iran.

So here is the land for peace picture I see developing under the noses of Israel, America and Sunni Arabs concerned about Iran: A Hezbollah dominated rule over Lebanon north of Israel; a constantly hostile Syria (supported by Iran) northeast of Israel in which if the Golan Heights are returned, a strategic highway for an invading Syria; and an Iranian armed Hamas and Islamic Jihad (not to mention an al-Qaeda and Iranian Revolutionary Guard presence) south of Israel. Add to this: I have suspicions about Egypt’s loyalty to America and Israel. There is such a virulent radical Islamic hatred by the Egyptian populace of Israel I suspect Mubarak might weigh his options to enter an Israeli invasion. Mubarak would re-establish a connection with the huge radical element of his citizens, Egypt (if successful) would be an Arab Sunni hegemon of the Levant to the exclusion of the designs of Shi’ite Iran and a victory would make Mubarak the 21st century Saladin expelling the kafir from Dar al-Islam as the Egyptian (Kurdish Muslim actually) Saladin expelled the Crusaders from much of the Levant.

Yes, I smell geopolitical Taqiyya among Mohammedans in the Middle East that is not good for the global economy and not good for Israeli Jews.

Israel Blamed for Trying to Derail the Hamas/Gaza Truce

Unofficially Hamas has agreed to an Egyptian brokered truce with Israel. I personally suspect Mohammedan Taqiyya (deception) either to rearm or the fear that Israel was one straw from breaking the camel’s back to militarily enter Gaza with extreme prejudice to end the rocket launches into Israel.

One thing of note: Once again the Yahoo News story which was an AP Wire release, amazingly make Israel the bad guy for the tension between Israel and Hamas controlled Gaza.

Check out these quotes from the Yahoo/AP article:

In a last-minute jolt, Israeli aircraft attacked three targets in the southern Gaza Strip. One of the airstrikes destroyed a car, killing six militants inside.

A large crowd gathered around the car's smoldering remains, and a puddle of blood was visible on the asphalt. Gaza militants then fired four mortar shells at Israel, the first of the day, the military said. No one was hurt.

Hamas officials accused Israel of trying to undermine the truce, but said they would not let the violence derail the Egyptian efforts.

"We are going to commit ourselves to the start time that Egypt is going to declare regarding the calm," said Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri. However, the group's television station said the movement would respond to "any Zionist aggression," underscoring the delicate situation.

AP Writer Ibrahim Barzak gives the impression that just as a truce is struck Israel sends war planes to southern Gaza to kill “militants.” Also the impression is given that Israel executed the attacks to “derail” the truce but noble Hamas was going to honor the truce this time anyway.

To give Barzak a little credit he makes a feeble effort to explain the whole issue of Israeli attacks in Gaza; however he still leaves out the truth of the Israeli air strikes.

Gaza militants have been bombarding southern Israel with rockets and mortars for seven years. The rate of fire increased after Israel pulled its troops and settlers out of Gaza in 2005 and stepped up further last year after Hamas wrested power from forces loyal to moderate Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

Again using the word sanitized word “militants,” Barzak writes that the hated filled murdering terrorists have been sending rockets and mortars into Southern Israel. Hence Barzak feebly explains the long term basis for Israeli reprisals but no explanation for the last attack.

Israel has responded with pinpoint air and ground attacks that have killed hundreds of Palestinians, many of them civilians. It has also imposed a strict blockade on Gaza, letting in only limited amounts of humanitarian aid, restricting fuel supplies and widening already rampant unemployment. Ending the economic sanctions by opening Gaza's crossings with Israel and Egypt has been a major Hamas demand in the cease-fire talks.

Barzak continues to demonize Israel by the Israel air attacks have been “pinpoint.” The demonization is made complete with Barzak’s pro-Arab news by saying the Israeli attacks have killed hundreds of Palestinians of which “many of them” were civilians. Thus the word “Palestinians” is a sanitized code for Jew hating terrorists and “civilians” implies innocent by-standers.

What a bunch of pro-Arab Left Wing propagandized half truths!

The “militants” and “Palestinians” spoken of are Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists which have the sole aim of destroying Israel. The Hamas and Islamic Jihad targets have been Israeli civilians. Israeli targets are Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist murdering operatives and leadership that often encircle their self with women and children that are used as human shields. When the human shields die Hamas and Islamic Jihad use it as propaganda that innocent Arabs that call themselves Palestinians were killed by Israeli military expedition.

Indeed the terrorists killed in the Israeli airstrike were Islamic Jihad terrorists and one al Qaeda associate that were involved in a recent missile strike in Israel (reporting the initial Israeli air strike).

Hmm ... al Qaeda! Isn't that the transnational terrorist organization that turned the Twin Towers into a pile of rubble killing innocent Americans on American soil?

The Israeli government is correctly mistrusting of the Hamas agreed truce but feels politically backed into a corner to stop the murdering terrorist missile launches against Israeli civilians.

Islamist Deception

Here is a classic example of al Taqiyya (deception) that the Arabs that call themselves Palestinians utilize to deceive the West that Mohammedan Arabs are victims of Israeli aggression.

Even though this was posted nearly a year ago, it is an example of common Pallywood (Palestinian Entertainment). This is the kind of people that the Bush Administration is forcing Israel to bargain with in Annapolis in a few days.

It is ridiculous!

Taqiyyah

It is time to re-address the concept that Mohammedans practice, particularly radical Islamists or Islamofascists. This paradigm crosses Mohammedan sectarianism, i.e. the two major groups – Sunni and Shia.

I am going to give the Mohammedans that consider themselves “Moderate” the benefit of the doubt and presume they do not practice this paradigm established by their prophet Mohammed.

O yes, I should give this paradigm a name. There are various translations yet similar pronunciations of the paradigm. That paradigm is known as al-taqiyya or taqiyya or takeyya. They all mean the same thing and are practiced by millions of radical Islamists or Islamofascists.

Now here is the deal: I was blog surfing and came upon the Muslihoon blog which offers this definition of “Taqiyyah”:

Taqiyya: “To fear.” Based primarily on Koran 3:28 and 16:106, taqiyya is an Islamic doctrine allowing Muslims to dissemble their true beliefs when fearing persecution. Based on certain hadiths, some ulema expand the meaning of taqiyya to also permit general lying in order to advance any cause beneficial to Islam.

Taqiyya offers Mohammedans a moral value system that enables a person to lie and deceive to non-Mohammedans (the kafir) to bide time to gain strength to re-confront non-Mohammedans to offer conversion, dhimmitude or death.



Excerpt from “Lying in Islam” by Abdullah Al Araby:

Provisions for lying in IslamMost Muslims are familiar with the principles of Islam that will justify lying in situations where they sense the need to do so. Among these are:

*War is deception.*The necessities justify the forbidden.*If faced by two evils, choose the lesser of the two.

These principles are derived from passages found in the Quran and the Hadith.In the Quran, Allah, allegedly, says:

"Allah will not call you to account for what is futile in your oaths, but He will call you to account for your deliberate oaths: for expiation, feed ten indigent persons, on a scale of the average for the food of your families; or clothe them; or give a slave his freedom. If that is beyond your means, fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths ye have sworn. But keep to your oaths. Thus doth Allah make clear to you His signs, that ye may be grateful." Surah 5:89"Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness (vain) in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts; and He is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing." Surah 2:225"Any one who, after accepting faith in Allah, utters Unbelief, except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith - but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty." Surah 16: 106

The noted Islamic commentator, Al-Tabary explained Surah 16:106 as a verse that had been revealed to Mohammed after he learned that Ammar Ibn Yasser was forced to deny his faith in Mohammed when kidnapped by the Banu Moghera tribe. Mohammed consoled Ammar by telling him, "If they turned, you turn." (Meaning: if they again capture you, you are allowed to deny me again.)These and similar passages from the Quran clearly reveal that Muslims' unintentional lies are forgivable and that even their intentional lies can be absolved by performing extra duties. It is also clear that if forced to do so, Muslims can lie while under oath and can even falsely deny faith in Allah, as long as they maintain the profession of faith in their hearts.In the Hadith, Mohammed, emphasizes the same concept. From "Ehiaa Oloum al-Din," by the famous Islamic scholar al-Ghazali, Vol. 3: PP.284-287:

One of Mohammed's daughters, Umm Kalthoum, testified that she had never heard the Apostle of Allah condone lying, except in these three situations:1. For reconciliation among people.2. In war.3. Amongst spouses, to keep peace in the family.

One passage from the Hadith quotes Mohammed as saying: "The sons of Adam are accountable for all lies except those uttered to help bring reconciliation between Muslims."Another says, "Aba Kahl, reconcile among people."(Meaning: even through lying.)The following quote demonstrates the broadness of situations in which the prophet permitted lying. "The sons of Adam are accountable for all lies with these exceptions: During war because war is deception, to reconcile among two quarreling men, and for a man to appease his wife."The principle of Al-TakeyyaThe Arabic word, "Takeyya", means "to prevent," or guard against. The principle of Al Takeyya conveys the understanding that Muslims are permitted to lie as a preventive measure against anticipated harm to one's self or fellow Muslims. This principle gives Muslims the liberty to lie under circumstances that they perceive as life threatening. They can even deny the faith, if they do not mean it in their hearts. Al-Takeyya is based on the following Quranic verse:

"Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution (prevention), that ye may Guard yourselves from them (prevent them from harming you.) But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah." Surah 3: 28

According to this verse a Muslim can pretend to befriend infidels (in violation of the teachings of Islam) and display adherence with their unbelief to prevent them from harming him.Under the concept of Takeyya and short of killing another human being, if under the threat of force, it is legitimate for Muslims to act contrary to their faith. The following actions are acceptable:

*Drink wine, abandon prayers, and skip fasting during Ramadan.*Renounce belief in Allah.*Kneel in homage to a deity other than Allah.*Utter insincere oaths.

The implications of the principle of Al-Takeyya Unfortunately, when dealing with Muslims, one must keep in mind that Muslims can communicate something with apparent sincerity, when in reality they may have just the opposite agenda in their hearts. Bluntly stated, Islam permits Muslims to lie anytime that they perceive that their own well-being, or that of Islam, is threatened.In the sphere of international politics, the question is: Can Muslim countries be trusted to keep their end of the agreements that they sign with non-Muslim nations? It is a known Islamic practice, that when Muslims are weak they can agree with most anything. Once they become strong, then they negate what they formerly vowed.The principle of sanctioning lying for the cause of Islam bears grave implications in matters relating to the spread of the religion of Islam in the West. Muslim activists employ deceptive tactics in their attempts to polish Islam's image and make it more attractive to prospective converts. They carefully try to avoid, obscure, and omit mentioning any of the negative Islamic texts and teachings.

The Iran Nuclear Response

Iran has delivered their response to the Security Council and certain Western nations involved in the call for Iran to end its nuclear program.

As the next few days emerge I will be fascinated to learn as to what the Iranian response is. Manuchehr Motakki used a word to describe Iran's so-called diplomatic attitude toward negotiations - "Serious." Anonymous sources used this terminology to describe undisclosed points in the Iranian response - "new formula."

Frankly friends I doubt there is anything of substance the West or the Security Council can work with. Iran has been saber rattling and declaring there will be no end to their nuclear program. Any "Serious" or "new formula" negotiations are merely a stall tactic to build a nuclear arsenal. Mohammedans call this "Taqiyya" (are some form of that word).

It is active deception to what the Mohammedan considers kafir (unbelievers). This is actually a moral precept that wipes away guilt to justify lying that leads to violence.

Ahmadinejad's mindset would preclude anything substantive as acceptable in negotiation.

There will be only two direct outcomes (that will lead to a variety of possible further outcomes): The West will cave in due to the impotence of Appeasement or the West will engage in actions that will ultimately lead to a military action.

Levinson Demonstrates Discrepancies in Quran

The above jpg is a toilet. The object in the toilet is a Quran. Now why would I do something as politically incorrect and disrespectful as place the religion of peace's so-called holy book in the toilet?


Of course I cannot speak for others in Western Civilization, but I am fed up with all the demand for respect from Mohammedans when the nature of their holy book and their hadiths and their sharia law is to impart violence and death. This is particularly true if one disagrees with the tenets of Mohammedanism.


In light of my lack of a benevolent attitude (which I have to check for Christians should not render evil for evil), I found a short comparison by Bill Levinson on Israpundit. Levinson entitled his post, "Mohammed’s Daily Drivel: Readings from the Holy Koran". Below are his insights:

Falsis in unum, falsis in omnibus (false in one thing, false in all) is an old Roman legal principle. Although it is in poor taste to express lack of respect for any genuine religious faith, we are now convinced that the Koran and fundamentalist “Islam” are entirely the product of a self-serving and probably illiterate desert bandit chief who may have been high on drugs when he spewed his Suras. The fact that the Koran contradicts its own content is enough cause to condemn it as a fraud under “Falsis in unum, falsis in omnibus.”


The Koran is indeed self-serving and its most intelligent content is the definition of Hebrew and Christian patriarchs and prophets as Muslims. It is brilliant propaganda whose obvious purpose is to win Jewish and Christian converts. Per Sura III, “The Family of Imran,” verse 60, “Abraham was neither Jew nor Christian; but he was sound in the faith, a Muslim.” This sura also says,

And when Jesus perceived unbelief on their part, He said, “Who will be my helpers with God?” The apostles said, “We will be God’s helpers! We believe in God, and bear thou witness that we are Muslims.”

Sura II “The Cow,” says,

Were ye present when Jacob was at the point of death? when he said to his sons, “Whom will ye worship when I am gone?” They said, “We will worship thy God and the God of thy fathers Abraham and Ismael and Isaac, one God, and to Him are we surrendered (Muslims).”

We must give a tip of the hat to Mohammed for this piece of brilliance, because it does in fact allow Muslims to appeal successfully for Christian and Jewish converts. However, we will now show that Mohammed (or whoever transcribed his statements) made a devastating mistake that exposes the Koran as a fraud as opposed to a divinely-inspired writing.

A witness who makes two contradictory statements damns himself as unreliable at best and a perjurer at worst. A supposedly-holy or divinely-inspired book like the Koran that contridicts itself proves itself to be a fraud: no work of God or a divinely-inspired prophet, but the creation of a self-serving phony like a televangelist or medicine show proprietor.

Per Sura I (”The Cow”),

Verily, they who believe (Muslims), and they who follow the Jewish religion, and the Christians, and the Sabeites– whoever of these believeth in God and the last day, and doeth that which is right, shall have their reward with their Lord: fear shall not come upon them, neither shall they be grieved.

However, per Sura IX (”Immunity”),

The Jews say, “Ezra (Ozair) is a son of God;” and the Christians say, “The Messiah is a son of God.” Such the sayings in their mouths! They resemble the sayings of the infidels of old! God do battle with them! How are they misguided!They take their teachers, and their monks, and the Messiah, son of Mary, for lords beside God, though bidden to worship one God only. There is no God but He! Far from His glory be what they associate with Him!”

Furthermore, per Sura V (”The Table”),

O believers! take not the Jews or Christians as friends. They are but one another’s friends. If any one of you taketh them for his friends, he surely is one of them! God will not guide the evil doers!

SO HOW DO YOU WANT IT, MOHAMMED? “Verily, they who believe (Muslims), and they who follow the Jewish religion, and the Christians, and the Sabeites– whoever of these believeth in God and the last day, and doeth that which is right, shall have their reward with their Lord…” or “O believers! take not the Jews or Christians as friends. They are but one another’s friends. If any one of you taketh them for his friends, he surely is one of them! God will not guide the evil doers!” Falsis in unum, falsis in omnibus.
 
There is a story to the effect that Yasser Arafat told his followers to ignore anything he said in English and to pay attention only to what he said in Arabic. His English statements were taqqiya or deception for the infidels while his Arabic statements were his actual agenda. We suspect that Mohammed’s first statement, about Jews and Christians who believe in God being rewarded, was solely for the benefit of us infidels and kafirs while the second, about not taking Jews or Christians as friends, was for Mohammed’s followers. Whoever transcribed his demagoguery and ravings made the mistake of recording both statements in the same book.

The bottom line is that the so-called “Holy” Koran is, per its own content, a fraud. It was not inspired by God. It was written, or more likely dictated, by a self-serving desert bandit who was engaging in the kind of dramaturgy and histrionics with which demagogues have gulled superstitious followers since the dawn of history.

This is not to say that Islam, as it evolved and is now practiced in civilized countries like the United States, is bad or evil. Peaceful and productive Muslims do not take the Koran literally. Only fundamentalist “Islamic” barbarians take the Koran literally while using it to justify horrific atrocities against anyone they consider an unbeliever. And only primitive superstitious barbarians could possibly take the calculated demagoguery of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad seriously– which is exactly what makes him so dangerous.

Poker Palestinian Style

In the game of political poker, Abbas has called and it is time for Hamas to respond. Who is bluffing whom? Neither Abbas of Fatah nor Ismail Haniya of Hamas is trustworthy as far as making a deal toward Israel's future. The PA sanctioned media and schools teach hatred of America and of Israel.

Abbas has figured this out: Statehood first then destroy Israel second. This is the old story of Mohammedan Taqiyya. The story goes like this: Lull your enemies with promises of peace, then rise up against them and murder them when your enemy is unaware and is trusting. This is the Mohammedan justification for lying to the kafir.

I suspect Abbas will win this poker game because he has the big casinos behind him: America and the EU. The question is how Hamas will take a pro-Abbas referendum? Abbas might be unifying the Palestinian-Arab or further splintering them. Who knows to which direction that will go?

Abbas has blinked in the political poker game. As the Tuesday midnite deadline approached, Abbas extended dialogue with Hamas three more days:

Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday gave Hamas an extension of three days to accept a referendum on a "national reconciliation" document drafted by Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli jails, The Jerusalem Post reports. The so-called "prisoners document" calls for the establishment of a Palestinian state in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and east Jerusalem and for all Palestinian refugees to return to their original homes inside Israel.

Abbas's ultimatum to Hamas to accept the document or face a referendum expired at midnight Monday and as the deadline approached Hamas leaders and spokesmen reiterated their opposition to the document.

If Hamas refuses to agree to a referendum, Abbas will have no choice but to disband the Palestinian parliament and hold new elections, Fatah chairman Azzam al-Ahmed told the Al Jazeera news network Tuesday. As the factions' leaders met in Ramallah on Tuesday afternoon, rocket propelled grenades were fired at the Fatah party's Preventive Security Force compound in the Gaza Strip, injuring three maintenance workers, security and hospital officials told the news agencies.

At least six people have been killed and many others wounded in confrontations between Hamas and Fatah gunmen in the Strip over the past 48 hours.

Palestinian Terrorist are at Loggerheads Among Themselves

Internal strife among fellow murdering terrorist has developed in recent days. The strife surrounds legitimate recognition of Israel as a sovereign nation. The problem: The PA is dependent on funds from international sources. Primarily that source is the EU and to a lesser extent America.

The difficulty the PA faces is that much of the funds has been tied to recognizing the existence of Jewish Israel. This should not be a problem except for one little detail: the duly elected Parliamentarian government is ran by Hamas. Hamas and fellow murderers Islamic Jihad have gone on record that they will never recognize the right of existence of Jewish Israel.

Now enters the politics of Mahmoud Abbas. Abbas (leader of Fatah, Chairman of the PLO and President of the PA) is the duly elected President of the Palestine Authority. Abbas understands the political game and desires the money to keep flowing from the kafir into the PA treasury. Abbas is more like abyss bound predecessor Arafat. Abbas is a murdering terrorist that clearly operates under the Mohammedan principle of al Taqiyya (Deceive the kafir). To the credit of Hamas, they have forsake the duplicity of al taqiyya and have gone to the throat of their goal: the Destruction of Jewish Israel.

At the conclusion of a meeting Monday with EU envoy Javier Solana, Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas stressed that the Monday-night deadline for Hamas to accept the "prisoners document" - recognizing an Israeli state on the 1967 borders or agreeing to a referendum on the issue - still stands. Ynet News reports that five Palestinian factions, including Hamas and the Islamic Jihad, have already rejected the ultimatum and called on the chairman to continue the dialogue between the groups over the so-called "National Reconciliation Document."

Despite ongoing negotiations Palestinian sources have told Ynet that the chance of a compromise between the power-hungry factions is very unlikely, and Abbas will probably declare a referendum on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, eyewitnesses in Gaza reported massive deployments of Hamas and Fatah gunmen and Monday morning saw firefights between the factions that left five dead, including a 20-year-old woman who was eight months pregnant.

Also Monday, Palestinian sources told news agencies that prominent Hamas terrorist Ahmed Sari was killed and two of his relatives injured - one of them an 8-year-old girl - when a large bomb exploded outside his home in the northern Gaza Strip. In response to what they are calling an assassination, Hamas gunmen stormed the offices of Fatah-controlled Palestine TV, destroying equipment and beating employees, according to Reuters.
