This Means War

Ted Belman posted on Israpundit with a title: “This Means War.” I hate to poke fun at the title for I do agree with Belman’s assessment; the first thought that popped into my head was how a few Looney Tune characters responded in cartoon anger.

Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd all used a similar term when their cartoon ire was raised: “Of course you know, this means war.”

Of all the rivalries I remember the Bugs VS Daffy the best. Bugs always won.

Wouldn’t it be great to finally determine to win the war against Islamofascism in the Middle East? Team Bugs-America-Israel-AndTheWilling win so utterly that team Daffy-Islamists hold up the “surrender” sign.

Whether you are an Appeaser/loser or insightful winner, there is no manner of political diplomacy that will solve or resolve the Middle Eastern problems until the Bugs team finally realizes the Daffy team has gone too far and calmly chomp on a carrot and proclaim, “Of course you know, this means war.”
