My View of an Obama Election Victory

Okay let’s face it; I’m a Christian Right kind of guy. It was a devastating experience to watch John McCain to be handily beaten by the will of the voters on election night 2008. It is not that John McCain was my first choice as a GOP nominee for the man who called himself a maverick was not a friend of the Christian Conservative base of the Republican Party. Hence McCain’s VP choice was selected to get maximum affect from the Conservative base and possibly draw a few women as well.

Since I am a values voter above all other issues facing America, McCain’s choice of Sarah Palin was shrewd. I felt more comfortable voting for a Centrist Republican that did not necessarily hold to the values voting line.

I have done some extensive reading on Barack Hussein Obama and he definitely is not a values voting candidate. I would not go so far as to say BHO is inherently evil for his anti-values reputation for I believe BHO is a sincere man holding to the altruistic vision of a socialist (probably Marxist) solution to make America a better place.
I also have a huge problem of BHO’s lack of transparency with his associations that obviously he was in contact with professionally and socially as his political career emerged that led him to the White House.

Thus my vote for McCain was not so much to support a McCain Presidency as much as it was a hope to prevent an Obama Presidency. Apparently a significant amount of America disagreed with me. That was painful.

Now here comes the tough part.

As a Christian it is my (our) duty to pray for our leaders (including Barack Hussein Obama) that Believers lead a peaceable life.

1 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2: 1 – 4 NKJV)

The difficult thing for me is to pray for the man who deceived (of course that is my opinion) his way to the White House.

Ironically John McCain and President Bush are prime examples that the Founding Father’s Revolutionary experiment is still working in the 21st century. There is a smooth transition of political power from one ideology to another without guns and assassination.

That is America.

"One Vote" - ValueVotersUSA.com

We know how Barack Hussein Obama feels about Bible believing Christians:

"they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." – Chicago Sun-Times.

I know voters are concerned about the economy. I am a Bible believing Christian and I am more concerned that BHO will use a Leftist activist Judiciary to nullify the freedom of Bible believing Christians; specifically the First Amendment, the Second Amendment and America’s foundation of Christian heritage.

Pay close attention to this YouTube video that was shared with me by the
American Family Association. Honor God and vote Christian Values and America’s economy will turn around as blessed by God Almighty.

AFA: Take our poll on Islam and America

I have to admit that the American Family Association (AFA) may go a little over the top in its agenda to make America aware of moral issues that the Mainstream Media (MSM) fails to report on. For the most part I do agree with the AFA agenda. This is one of those cases. Don Wildmond of the AFA is conducting a poll that should place in perspective the benefits (or lack thereof) of Mohammedanism offers America. When you click the link to go to the poll, the AFA position is clicked for you. If you disagree with it simple click the answer you wish to be collected.
