While walking down the street one day a US senator is tragically hit by a truck and dies. His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance. "Welcome to heaven," says St. Peter. "Before you settle in, it Seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you." "No problem, just let me in," says the senator. "Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven.

Then you can choose where to spend eternity." "Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven," says the senator. "I'm sorry, but we have our rules." And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell. The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf Course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him. Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the Expense of the people. They play a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and champagne. Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he Realizes it, it is time to go. Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises ...

The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens on heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him. "Now it's time to visit heaven." So, 24 hours pass with the senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, Before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.

"Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity." The senator reflects for a minute, then answers: "Well, I would never have said it before, I Mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell." So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.

Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above... The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder.

"I don't understand," stammers the senator. "Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?"

The devil looks at him, smiles and says....... "Yesterday we were campaigning. Today you voted."

Shariah Compliant Banks

American Congress for Truth (ACT) sent an email out listing Western Banks that are becoming dhimmis to Shariah Finance. ACT then proceeds to tell why this is bad for America. The main reason standing out is that being Shariah compliant could (DOES) mean support for transnational terrorism because of the requirement of donating money to Mohammedan institutions.

The reason Western Banks are incorporating Shariah Finance practices because Mohammedan money (whether it is a State or wealthy private sector) requires Shariah practices of Western Banks if the money is to flow from Mohammedan sources. Ironically the very Capitalism that makes America strong is the very Capitalism that cannot resist making a buck; ergo Shariah Finance compliance.

National Security and Financial Risks: Islamists are attempting to impose Shariah Compliant Finance (SCF) on Western institutions to use our own financial strengths against us. The most serious problem with SCF is that it legitimates and institutionalizes Shariah law (i.e., Islamic law), a theo-political- legal doctrine violently opposed to Western values. With $1 -$2 trillion petrodollars annually looking for an investment home, blind exuberance is driving financial institutions to adopt SCF, without even a minimal baseline for legal compliance. This willful blindness, and lack of both transparency and due diligence may cause SCF to be the next sub-prime crisis, but this time with deadly consequences.

Legal Risks: Western financial institutions which adopt SCF may have criminal and civil exposure to claims of aiding and abetting sedition and the material support of terrorism, securities fraud, consumer fraud, racketeering, and antitrust violations, as well as exposure to tort claims for sedition and terrorism, and for the violation of internationally recognized norms of the law of nations.

Terror Financing Mechanism: SCF as monitored by paid Shariah law advisors to U.S. banking institutions must “purify” certain return on investment (ROI) dollars that do not meet Shariah law standards. This money must be donated to Islamic charities - including some that promote Jihad and support suicide bombing. Investment disclosures state that these profits can be as high as 6% of profits of investments. With $800 billion already in SCF assets, the potential for billions of dollars to be siphoned off for terrorism is real. This would be a serious criminal violation of U.S. law.

Consider this example: Shariah Mutual Funds promote themselves as “ethical funds.” To be Shariah-compliant, they donate “tainted” revenues to Shariah-compliant “charities.” A post 9-11 U.S. investor in a Shariah-compliant “ethical investment” is not told that Shariah law also requires imposing Shariah as U.S. law, execution of gays and female apartheid. Is he a victim of consumer fraud? Is this same post 9-11 investor unwittingly funding terror? The government has shut down the three largest Shariah-compliant charities in the U.S. - the Holy Land Foundation, Benevolence International Foundation, and the Global Relief Foundation - after proving they funded terrorist organizations. The American taxpayer deserves answers to these questions. The Center for Security Policy (CSP) is meeting directly with members of Congress, U.S. regulatory agencies and Wall Street financial institutions in order to ensure the enforcement of existing U.S. laws on sedition, disclosure, material support of terrorism, and money-laundering. CSP is committed to revealing the civil liability and criminal exposure of Shariah law and Shariah-compliant finance.

WHAT IS SHARIAH LAW?
Understanding Shariah law is integral to understanding the dangers of Shariah-compliant finance. Shariah law is Islamic law dating back to the 7th century and is today the law of the land in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Sudan and the law under which the Taliban operates. Recent polls reveal that only 10-15% of Muslims worldwide want to live under this all-encompassing system of Islamic jurisprudence that covers all aspects of a Muslim’s life including religious, social, political, and military obligations. However, with a current population of 1.5 billion Muslims, this translates to a huge pool of Jihadist recruits and supporters - a base of approximately 150 - 225 million Muslims. Shariah law authorities, some of whom are now being paid handsomely by Barclays, Dow Jones, Standard & Poors, HSBC, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Deutschebank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Credit Suisse and others have the power to dictate Shariah compliance as deemed by “scholarly consensus” on matters of finance, family, penal law, apostasy, and war. Examples of authoritarian Shariah law include: requirement of women to obtain permission from husbands for daily freedoms; beating of disobedient woman and girls; execution of homosexuals; engagement of polygamy and forced child marriages; the testimony of four male witnesses to prove rape; honor killings of those, principally women, who have dishonored the family; death to apostate Muslims who chose to leave Islam; inferior status of non-Muslims, and capital punishment for those “slander Islam.”

Is Pakistan Shifting to Radical Islam?

I just this headline from the Long War Journal: Pakistan signs peace accord in Orakzai tribal agency.

What is in a name? Well when you read Orakzai tribal agency, you might as well be reading Mohammedan tribes in Pakistan that support or are part of the Taliban. Yep, that is the same Taliban that hosted Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda in Afghanistan. Yep, that is the same al Qaeda responsible for a radical Islamic attack on American soil that killed and injured thousands of American citizens.

I don’t know the appearance you view in this peace accord; however I see Pakistan creating a wider gulf for al Qaeda and the Taliban to cross the Afghan/Pakistan border to shoot at American troops, terrorize anti-Taliban Sheiks and propagandize Afghan citizens to join the Taliban/al Qaeda cause. Add to this that Pakistan has let America know that it will not allow military strikes within Pakistan boarders targeting the enemy responsible for the murder of thousands of non-military American citizens.

I see this as the Pakistan government either caving in to the designs of the theo-political radical Islam of the Taliban and al Qaeda or covertly (i.e. unofficially) beginning to side with the radical Islamic agenda.

Either way Americans have to understand a Mohammedan nation with nuclear WMD is in one way or another allowing or joining the Taliban/al Qaeda murdering transnational terrorist circle.

This makes handling Iran’s arrogant hubris vital to deal with. An American supported Israeli strike on Iran should occur. See how Iran responds: If Iran truly does what it has claimed it would; then bomb the military infrastructure out of existence. If Iran backs down, then pursue with great clarity the dismantling of Iran’s nuke program.

This will signal the Pakistan government the seriousness of America’s commitment to terminate terrorists in foreign lands thus swaying the anti-radical Islamic elements in their government to overshadow the pro-radical Islamic elements.

European Voters Slowly Rising Up Against Muslim Supremacism

As an American I think of Europe (particularly Western Europe) as a paradigm of democratic rule of law with socialism as the socio-political platform dominating Western European democracies.

I just read an article by Diana West showing that Slanted Right Conservatism is slowly making a come back in Europe. Now this might sound dreadful since most people think of the Nazi and Fascist movements as Right Wing movements that screwed up the world.

The reality is that Nazis and Fascists were socialist oriented with race supremacist ideas that tried to get the people to focus on a political cult and a cult leader. Nazis and Fascists both overtly hated democracy and Communism. Really the only difference between Communism and Nazism is that the Nazis were up front about the State managing the lives of the people while the Communist pretended to have goals of a Stateless society in which working class people managed culture collectively. The Nazis relished in the power of the political cult, the Communists lied to the people about the political cult.

Diana West interviews Oskar Freysinger the leader of Switzerland’s largest Political Party (in a multi-Party Parliamentary system). The Political Party is called the Swiss People’s Party. The irony for me is that Political Parties with the name “People’s” included in the name are socialist or communist in nature; however the dominant Left Wing Parties of Switzerland collectively view the People’s Party as Right Wing and “bigoted” and thus not to be taken seriously.

Then again the Lefties in Switzerland might begin to take notice. The Swiss People’s Party has succeeded to get a Swiss Referendum on the ballot aimed at Mohammedan immigration as well as the building of the symbols of Mohammedan power such as minarets.

Diana West points out the Swiss People’s Party represents voters emerging slowly across Europe that are becoming fed up with Mohammedan supremacism potentially turning Europe into Eurabia. Read it, I know you will find of interest.

Casey Jones: Same city, different outlook

Only now has the Left been grudgingly admitting the success of the Troop Surge initiated by the Bush Administration. The Left called it a failure before it was even launched.

I am certain you have read negative spin from the still virulent anti-war Dhimmicrats of the Left. You probably have also read supportive analysis from the Right. You might have even read neutral analysts saying there is success this is the reason why and the success is precarious because one slip-up could through the success into a failure.

But here is something interesting from actual Marines that are stationed in Iraq. The story is written by Lance Cpl Casey Jones and it is not from the view of data collection. Jones’ perspective is that of a soldier that is there seeing the success spread before his very eyes. YOU REALLY NEED TO READ IT!

Saudi Official Education STILL TEACHES Hate and Racism

HELLO! Saudi Arabia is America’s so-called ally. You may ask why I use the word “so-called?” It is because Saudi Arabia’s government is still publishing school text books for use inside and outside of the Saudi Monarchy which TEACH hatred and racism toward Christians and Jews. Not only do the text books TEACH the vile racism but they utilize sources that are proven forgeries or fiction yet are presented as fact. The one obvious case is the Protocols of the Elders of Zion which is a Russian Czarist fabrication to instill hatred of Jews.

Today the Center for Religious Freedom of the Hudson Institute released a 90-page report, 2008 Update: Saudi Arabia’s Curriculum of Intolerance, with a foreword by R. James Woolsey. It was prepared in consultation with the Washington-based Institute for Gulf Affairs.

This report compares the 2007-2008 textbooks that are currently posted on the website of the Saudi Ministry of Education with those analyzed in our 2006 study, and shows that the same violent and intolerant teachings against other religious believers noted in 2006 remain in the current texts.

They assert that unbelievers, such as Christians, Jews, and Muslims who do not share Wahhabi beliefs and practices, are hated “enemies.” Global jihad as an “effort to wage war against the unbelievers” is also promoted in the Ministry’s textbooks: “In its general usage, ‘jihad’ is divided into the following categories: …Wrestling with the infidels by calling them to the faith and battling against them.” No argument is made here that such references to jihad mean only spiritual and defensive struggles.

Lessons remain that Jews and Christians are apes and swine, Jews conspire to “gain sole control over the world,” the Christian Crusades never ended, the American universities of Cairo and Beirut are part of the continuing Crusades, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion are historical fact, and on Judgment Day “the rocks or the trees” will call out to Muslims to kill the Jews.

They teach that it is permissible for a Muslim to kill an “apostate,” an “adulterer,” and those practicing “major polytheism.” Shiites are among those identified as “polytheists.” One lesson states that “it is not permissible to violate the blood, property, or honor of the unbeliever who makes a compact with the Muslims,” but is pointedly silent on whether security guarantees are extended to non-Muslims without such a compact. Other lessons demonize members of the Baha’i and Ahmadiyya groups.

A lesson from a tenth grade text now posted on the Saudi Ministry’s website sanctions the killing of homosexuals and discusses methods for doing so.

In the lessons examined in this report, the Saudi government discounts or ignores passages in the Qur’an to support tolerance.

All of these textbooks have been reissued at least once and all but two of them reissued twice, yet overall the changes to the passages in question have been minimal, and the degree of substantive change has been negligible. Taken together, the report concludes, revisions in the currently-posted texts amount to moving around the furniture, not cleaning the house.

This analysis is issued as a deadline nears for the removal of intolerant teachings from all Saudi textbooks. This commitment stems from the Saudi government’s “confirmation” of policies that resulted from extensive bilateral negotiations with the U.S.; these policies were publicly announced and lauded as “significant developments” by the State Department in July 2006. Whether Saudi Arabia’s “comprehensive revision of textbooks” will be achieved by the start of the September 2008 school year remains to be seen. As the report documents, thorough textbook reform has not yet occurred.

Saudi King Abdullah is taking a leading role in interfaith dialogue initiatives, including convening a conference in Madrid later this week. The report notes that the Saudi Education Ministry’s continued teaching of hatred and violence against other religious believers raises concerns about whether the Saudi government has a genuine desire to find common ground with other religions.
