Continued Attack on Christianity

The “Matthew Shepard Local Law Enforcement Prevention Act” of 2007 was designed to prevent hate crimes against homosexuals. The reality of the Act would have infringed on First Amendment Free Speech rights by making it a crime to communicate Biblical Morality. The reason being Biblical Morality denounces homosexuality; ergo it would be a hate crime.

The Act sailed through the House and the Senate. The Senate made the fortunate mistake of attaching its version to an omnibus DoD spending Bill. A veto threat by G.W. caused the Act attachment to be withdrawn from the DoD Bill effectively killing the infringement of Free Speech Act in late 2007.

Of course I was very much against this Bill in the first place. You can one of the most comprehensive posts for rejecting this Act HERE.

You can guess that homosexual rights/agenda organizations went medievally gay because this tool to silence Christians became unavailable to them.

Here we are now and it is 2009. Now there is Bill with the appellation of David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act (H.R. 256). This so-called ‘Hate Crime’ legislation expands beyond enabling homosexuality as a government protected debauchery. This Bill if passed will affect Free Speech concerning opinions also dealing with illegal immigration issues and religion (meaning if a Christian Biblically tells or writes his opinion in the negative of another religion – it would be a hate crime). If passed written and/or verbal opinions publicly aired concerning illegal immigrants, religions and homosexual (let’s include transgender issues as well) could get one thrown in the slammer. Considering the money behind the homosexual agenda and Wahhabist Muslim agenda in America, you can count on Christianity to be a target.

Incredulously pro-Christian Ministries, Churches and organization that promote Biblical morality have become the target of those that would support David Ray Hate Crimes Act.

One of those organizations is called the Southern Poverty Law Center. One of the goals of the SPLC is to label Hate Groups. It is shocking that many organizations that stand for walking the Word of God of Christ Jesus a placed in a ‘Hate Group’ category.

The SPLC and the likes of the Hate Crimes legislation being forced on America are similar to the filtered Freedom of Speech in Europe and Canada.

Early Christian Existence Returning

Academics and Western intelligencia are labeling the days we live in as a post-Christian era. The meaning conveyed is that the haven of Christendom no longer views itself as Christian. The implication is that the West is a secular society abandoning all aspects of the Christian faith. Indeed many in the West – particularly in Europe – view Christian morality and values as archaic and mythological to a viewed reality evolving humanistic thought which is egalitarian and tolerant of all lifestyles post-Christian society deems acceptable.

Because of this Christianity is back on the footing of the early Church prior to Roman Emperor Constantine (circa 300’s A.D.). Indeed Academia has abandoned the Christian calendar of measuring time. A.D. (Anno Domini) has been renamed C.E. (Christian Era) and B.C. (Before Christ) is now B.C.E. (Before Christian Era). Anno Domini is Latin for the English “year of our Lord.” Thus you can understand why a Secular Humanist Christian rejecting Academia rejects the traditional measurement of time utilizing “A.D.”

In Europe this anti-Christian attitude is becoming ingrained into the minds of Europeans. The days of Christian persecution (thus far non-violent) have become a matter of practice in criminal and civil law in Europe. It is the nomenclature of society that if Christian faith offends it must be squelched even if it deprives a Christian Believer of Freedom of Speech. Thus Christian cannot preach Christian morality pertaining to homosexuality. Thus Christians cannot warn of the evils of the violent religion of Islam. Indeed European society has become so anti-Christian that it looks the other way when members of the Islamic religion preach violence against Jews, Christians and Western Society in general.

The irony of tolerating Islamic vitriol is that a significant amount of Muslims in Europe wish to have a double standard rule of law. This means one rule of law for indigenous and inherent Europeans and Sharia Law for Muslims.

HELLO! Sharia Law is the absolute opposite of even Secular Humanistic morality. Sharia Law calls for the snuffing out of homosexuals and retrograding civil rights of women.

For me that is incredulous! Christians are being prosecuted in Europe for standing for their Christian faith because it is particularly offensive to Muslims who view that Mohammed is the final authority of what faith should be. The very Secular Humanists that fear Christian Morality as a myth are validating Islam that is still living in a medieval mindset of violence as enforcement of belief. And Allah forbid a Christian or a Jew denigrates Islam in favor of an alternate faith. Honor for Allah must be maintained.

European government officials look the other way for this mindless Islamic attitude and prosecute people religious or non-religious that wish to maintain the culture of their heritage.

A classic example of this is the Dutch persecution of Geert Wilders for producing his movie “Fitna.” Fitna is a movie short documentary utilizing imagery of present day Islamic influenced atrocities and matching them with Mohammedan scriptures of the Quran. Evidently exposing the truth is incitement and hate-speech according to the Dutch government and Muslims in general. Not to mention the so-called Religion of Peace has threatened Geert Wilders’ life for this truthful portrayal of Islam.

The Christian Anti-Defamation Commission (CADC) provides other recent examples of persecution of Christians in Europe. The CADC warns that anti-Christian mentality is taking root in America. Christians in America can choose to sit on their laurels and await vilification or do something the American Left and Muslim-American organizations would fear; i.e. become active politically and socially in standing up for your Christian faith before it becomes illegal to do so.

When trying to predict where America is going, often all you have to do is look across the pond at “post-Christian” Western Europe. America is typically a decade or two behind them on social issues, that is, unless we act now.

Stories are coming in from Europe of Christians being fired from their workplace or who are intimidated to be silent. If one dares to extend Christian concern or act in a way faithful to their religious convictions they will pay with their job.

Praying Nurse Disciplined
A nurse in Britain, Caroline Petrie, was suspended after she simply asked a patient if they would like prayer. The patient refused and later reported Petrie. The patient said that she was not offended by the offer, but she reported Nurse Petrie because she was afraid someone else might be offended. So Petrie has been ordered to attend disciplinary meetings because someone might be offended.

Previously Petrie was forced to stop giving out Christian prayer cards to patients who asked for them because the relative of a patient objected. As a result, Petrie had to take an equality and diversity course.

Petrie said, "My concern is for the person as a whole, not just their health. I was told not to force my faith on anyone but I could respond if patients themselves brought up the subject [of religion]."

Counselor Conflicted
Another Brit, Gary McFarlane, a counselor for Relate Avon Corporation, was dismissed from his job because he expressed concern over the possibility of having to give sexual advice to homosexual couples. MacFarlane never refused to counsel a same-sex couple. He only expressed concern at the possibility because of a conflict between his Christian faith and homosexuality.

McFarlane believed that it was due to his Christian faith that he was fired from Relate Avon. "If I were a Muslim, this would not have happened. But Christians seem to have fewer and fewer rights," McFarlane said.

A British employment tribunal has ruled in favor of a McFarlane, but said that “The claimant was not treated as he was because of his Christian faith, but because (the company) believed that he would not comply with its policies.”

Minister Muzzled
A minister and radio talk show host is taking legal action after he allegedly was fired for offending Muslims by defending Christianity on air.

Rev. Mahboob Masih, a minister in the Church of England, claims he was unfairly dismissed from his position of host of a radio program in Glasgow. The action taken against him, Rev. Masih claims, was a case of religious discrimination.

After a lively religious debate about a prominent Muslim, who, according to Rev. Masih, belittled Christ, the radio station management accused Rev. Masih of not being balanced enough on air.

Rev. Masih reluctantly made an on-air apology in an attempt to defuse the situation, but refused to comply with a request from a senior station official to deliver an apology in person at the Central Mosque in Glasgow. Now he is appealing to the decision to fire him to the labor board.

No Place for Faith at BBC
Another radio talk show host in England, Jeremy Vine, is a Christian and believes that Christ is who he says he is, but doesn’t think he could say it on his BBC show.


The Radio 2 host says society is becoming increasingly intolerant of Christian views. It has become “almost socially unacceptable to say you believe in God.”

Mr. Vine is a practicing Anglican, but does not discuss his faith on air. “One of the things that I think, which may sound bizarre, is that Christ is who he said he was,” he said. “I don’t think I’d put that out on my show; I suppose there’s a bit of a firewall between thinking that and doing the job I do.”

The BBC did a self audit in 2007 and determined that there is an institutional anti-Christian bias.

This is only a snap shot of what will come in America if we continue to allow our first amendment liberties to be undermined by hate crime legislation and stand idly by while Christian discrimination goes unopposed.

Susanne Winters Convicted for Speaking about Islam

I had just found out that Geert Wilders is being prosecuted in the Netherlands for speaking the truth about Islam. Now I am learning another European politician has gotten the same treatment: an Austrian court has convicted Susanne Winters of speaking that Mohammed a pedophile and to allude that Mohammedans can righteously (meaning Mohammedan Scriptural approval) participate in bestiality. I think the religion of peace only allows males this religious perk.

God help America if expressing one’s convictions concerning another religion is ever treated as a hate crime rather than Freedom of Speech.

Stanislav Shmulevich: Hate Crime or Misdemeanor?

I have to post something about this Stanislav Shmulevich who through a Quran or two into the toilet at a college Library.

I understand that Shmulevich is a Jewish Ukrainian that has lived in America since childhood. Although he was not registered at the college this term he was about to graduate and I presume he had taken some time off for whatever reason.

Shmulevich was caught in October 06 in the act of trashing the Quran in the toilet (or Qurans, I did not read clearly on that issue), yet it was just a week or so he was arrested and charged under the equivalent of Hate Crime Statutes. I have read the by-lines that Bill O’Reilly agrees that Shmulevich should be charged for hate crimes for his actions. I mention that because I am an O’Reilly fan and usually side with Mr. Fair & Balanced.

This time O’Reilly and the authorities have screw-up greatly! Shmulevich on video did indeed commit a crime. The crime was at worst destruction of public (or private) property. A court of law cannot adjudicate a crime that was in the mind of an individual but only the actual act of the crime. If America were into arresting people for thoughts of hatred then Mohammedans, Leftists or even artists could be arrested.

I am completely dissatisfied that this can be a hate crime charge. I mean there are Mohammedan Sunnis and Shi’ites in America which act out public protests that say death to Israel, death to America, death to Jews, death to those who insult Islam and on and on and on. Where are the hate crime arrests in these instances? One does not need to have the thought police to understand the public rabble rousing of hatred in the minds of those Mohammedans.

YET Shmulevich trashes a Quran or two and is arrested. Incidentally Shmulevich was arrested by a Mohammedan cop that has received all kinds of awards from Mohammedan organizations with ties to foreign terrorists like Hamas. The Council on American-Islamic Relations comes to mind. CAIR members are linked to funding Hamas with money via charity and Hamas is on the State Department terrorist list.

H.R. 1592 will Lead to Criminalizing Christianity

I am a virulent anti-1592 Christian. I write even in the midst of the many critics that proclaim loudly that H.R. 1592 says nothing about free speech issues making it a hate crime to preach against homosexuality.

Indeed a superficial reading of the bill might agree with that leftist proclamation. What H.R. 1592 is specifically designed for is criminalize as a hate crime violence or incitement to violence that includes deviant (as defined by Biblical Morality) gender benders and homosexuals.

I have maintained that if H.R. 1592 (and its Senate version S. 1105) became law, homosexual activists can cry incitement to violence by a Preacher or Evangelist merely using as text Biblical passages that define homosexuality as immoral.

Of course that might not fly in more Conservative States, but it might in Leftist oriented States. Once a prosecution of such a hate crime is successful it becomes a precedent in America’s legal system. That will lead to greater specificity of defining Biblical Morality as a hate crime.

This escalation of Christophobia is nearly etched in stone rule of law in Europe. Dale Hurd reporting on a CBN.com blog publicizes that a Belgian Catholic Bishop stands accused of Hate Crime for describing homosexuals as “abnormal” people. Of course the Bishop is merely agreeing with the Bible.

Belgian Bishop Charged for “Homophobia”

The Brussels Journal is reporting that…

Belgian homosexual activists have brought charges against Mgr André-Mutien Léonard, the Roman-Catholic bishop of Namur, for homophobia, a criminal offence in Belgium according to the country’s 2003 Anti-Discrimination Act. In an interview last April in the Walloon weekly Télé Moustique, the bishop is said to have described homosexuals as “abnormal” people. According to Michel Graindorge, the activists’ lawyer, the bishop intended to “stigmatize” homosexuals, whose “identity and dignity is debased from the moment that the bishop considers them to be abnormal.”

This of course is very similar to the case of the Swedish Pentecostal Pastor Äke Green, whose prison sentence for “hate speech” was overturned by a Swedish appeals court in 2005. I interviewed Pastor Green in 2004 and my story is here. Pastor Green was convicted for simply preaching a biblical sermon on homosexuality.

The laws are already in place in most western European countries to make preaching or speaking out against homosexuality a ticket to jail.

A bill in Congress makes it a crime for pastors and churches to speak against homosexuality.


If pastors and other Christians don’t aggressively oppose a bill now in Congress, in the near future they will be subject to huge fines and prison terms if they say anything negative about homosexuality.

The proposed law would make it a crime to preach on Romans Chapter 1 or I Corinthians Chapter 6. Or even to discuss them in a Sunday School class. If churches and individuals want to keep the government from telling them what they can and cannot preach and teach about homosexuality, they better get involved now!

House bill H.R. 1592 and Senate bill S. 1105 would make negative statements concerning homosexuality, such as calling the practice of homosexuality a sin from the pulpit, a “hate crime” punishable by law. This dangerous legislation would take away your freedom of speech and your freedom of religion. Consider what has already happened:

  A California lawsuit which is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court would make the use of the words “natural family,” “marriage” and “union of a man and a woman” a “hate speech” crime in government workplaces. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has already ruled in favor of the plaintiffs!

  CNN and The Washington Post both reported that General Peter Pace, former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was fired because he publicly expressed moral opposition to homosexual behavior.

What Follows H.R. 1592? H.R. 2015

Wow! Shortly on the heals of the Democratic Party attack on Christianity with H.R. 1592, the Democrats further wish to degenerate morality in America with H.R 2015.

Whereas H.R. 1592 affords Leftists the opportunity to prosecute as hate crimes and hate speech an individual or group that stands behind the morality Judeo/Christian tenets of faith; H.R. 2015 takes the next stab at faith by forcing businessman of faith to hire or not fire moral deviants as homosexuals, cross dressing transvestites, transgender individuals and so on.

The Bill is sponsored by openly homosexual Representative Frank Barney (D. MA – of course) and a Republican in name only (RINO) Representative Deborah Pryce (OH) and many other U.S. Reps willing to support fringe morality.

H.R. 1592 and H.R. 2015 will enable thought police to harass Christians at home, Church and now on the job. The Bill would mainstream sexually oriented deviants (according to the Bible) equal employment rights at places where there presence would be offensive and repulsive. This is more evidence of the Democratic Party’s agenda to terminate faith based morality in America and replace it with a Secular Humanist morality. Secular Humanism filters morality through principles of relativity thus attributing morality based on Leftist moral sterility that measures morality according to what is moral relative based on statistics that ignores faith as an anachronism from the past.

Secular Humanism’s agenda is to propagandize America into believing faith in God is a mythology comparable to Greek and Roman Mythology that also has influenced the development of Western culture. In effect Secular Humanism has become a religion of humanity disguised in the nomenclature secular terms and thoughts.

The Secular Humanist propaganda machine has taken the next step from educational brainwashing to using the Democratic Party to legislate its tenets and belief system as the religion of the land. Secular Humanism is using the back door to circumvent the Constitution by defining their religion as secular and non-religious. By doing this Secular Humanism has by-passed the First Amendment and has established a State Religion by disguising the Humanism as secular.

The Established Religion of Secular Humanism then can make the tenets of faith of openly Biblical Believers as matters of the rule of law. The effect is making various portions of the bible “Hate Speech” and to follow those portions by not associating with Biblically defined sexual deviants on the job market as a “Hate Crime.”

The Employment non-Discrimination Act of 2007 (H.R. 2015) is an overt attack on faith. People of faith must arise politically and write the Congressman to vociferously protest this anti-Christian legislation.

Thought Police Strike Again

The Constitution Party bills itself as the third largest political party in America by virtue of registered voters. Actually I like the Constitution Party. It is a political party that enjoins strict constructionist interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. If the Constitution Party ever garnered enough votes to be a viable competitor without placing Left Wing Democrats in power, I would vote their candidates.

The e-newsletter refers to Legislation proposed Rep. Sheila Jackson a Democrat from Texas. H.R. 254 would make preaching Christian Morality a hate crime. One example is the description of homosexuality as a dark sin. Under H.R. 254 that Christian would be guilty of a hate crime. Disagreeing radical Mohammedanism and denouncing Quranic scripture as not congruent to Christian Scripture would be a hate crime.

Homophobia is Justification for Murder

Mary Stachowicz was a Christian woman that refused to allow a homosexual’s lifestyle to intimidate her faith. Apparently Stachowicz was murdered by Nicholas Gutierrez because as a homosexual he did not believe in Stachowicz’s right to free speech.

Gutierrez seems to believe he could flaunt his ungodly lifestyle and silence those who disagree with him. And so he silenced Mary Stachowicz. Gutierrez stabbed Mary so hard he bent the blade.

His trial is about to begin. Gutierrez’s plea: innocent by virtue of Mary’s hate crime. Gutierrez is claiming the old homosexual is victimized routine and that a hate crime made him do it. Jeez half the people who drive cluttered freeways have a justification to murder because road rage made them do it.

Let us be real, Gutierrez deserves the death penalty. He deserves the death penalty not because he is a homosexual (morally depraved); rather he deserves the death penalty for heinously and viciously taking another person’s life.

Let us suppose that Gutierrez is assigned a Clintonesque style Judge. Let us horrifyingly suppose the secular humanist Judge does everything in his legal position to favor the homosexual for homosexuality’s sake. A not guilty verdict by virtue will turn to judicial legislation creating a situation in which Bible believing morality is a hate crime. It sends a message to the immoral minority that there is no Christian freedom of speech. It sends a message that the immoral minority may dispose of the Christian majority.

Gutierrez the homosexual astoundingly not being a purveyor of a hate crime; instead Mary Stachowicz is getting that label as if standing for her faith is a hate crime. Homosexual groups and the ACLU are actually labeling Gutierrez as the victim!
