Bye Bye United Nations

China and Russia specify a watered down U.N. Security Resolution concerning North Korea or imply a veto.

Any member of the FIVE permanent members of the Security Council can veto a Security Council Resolution rendering it null and void. The FIVE members roughly represent the victors of World War II.

Nial Ferguson believes this could be the
beginning of the death knell of the United Nations if the World Body fails to prevent a Nuke WMD North Korea.

Initially Russia and China supported the harsher language of America. Then Thursday came along and North Korea’s main suppliers required NO military action as part of the sanctions. I guess America felt something is better than nothing for the U.N. Resolution (watered down) passed unanimously.

China has said they would not abide to the entirety of the Resolution enforcement. China will not search imports to North Korea in ensure that Sanctioned are not sent. So not only is the Resolution watered down, a voting nation of the Security Council will not support that which it voted for.

The United Nations is becoming less and less viable in expediting it Charter. Look to world divisions of alliances to begin to crop up to protect mutual National Interests against antagonizing mutual National Interests.

Bye bye United Nations.

The Values Separation of Democrats and Republicans

I have written about Democratic Party and Liberal hypocrisy. I have been told to shut up and look within to search for hypocrisy.

I have to admit I found that irritating. When people get caught executing or agreeing with wrong actions, the strategy is often to divert the attention from the facts to someone else’s problems. As if the finger pointing justifies the wrong actions one accomplished or supported.

This is the typical practice of Democrats, Liberals, Secular Humanists and self-proclaimed victimized Mohammedans.

Below are some facts so conveniently forgotten by Democrats and their propaganda machine the Mainstream Media (MSM).

Is there a difference in the Values of the two major parties
By Rusty Ford

Every time we turn on the news we here questions ask like, In the wake of the Foley Scandal can the Republicans really call themselves the party of values. In realm of political power you do not judge the values of a party based on what one person does but rather you judge the values based on the actions of the majority of the members of the party in reaction to the misdeeds of one of its members. In any group of millions of people you are going to find a few perverts and people who are corrupt. The question is do the vast majority of people in the group support or protect the behavior or do they condemn it.

Congressman Foley had no choice to resign. He knew that the vast majority of Republicans in congress would not support him. More importantly he knew that there was no chance the Republicans of his state would support him. The values of the people of his party would not allow that.

In a similar situation when it came out that a homosexual prostitution ring was being run from Democrat Congressman Barney Franks home there was no outcry. In fact all most all Democrats defended him and the Democrats of his state have re-nominated him ever since.

From the day that Bill Clinton announced that he was running for president there were rumors of his having affairs. When it came out in the media that the rumors were true the vast majority of Democrats stood behind him. When a former Miss America claimed to have been forced by Bill Clinton to have sex with him (her words were raped) the Democrats stood in faithful support. When news article appeared documenting that He used the police men appointed to protect him to use their power to get women to be alone with him no one in the party said anything. When he had sex with an intern they rallied behind him. When he lied about it under oath they defended him. So I assume that Democratic Party values are that it is ok to use your power to seduce women and to lie before a Grand Jury. At least that is what the vast majority of both elected and non-elected Democrats proved.

When Sandy Berger who was Democrat the National Security Advisor during the Clinton Administration. Sandy Berger became the focus of a criminal investigation after he was caught removing highly classified terrorism documents and handwritten notes from the National Archives during preparations for the Sept. 11 commission hearings. Again there was no outcry from Democrats. How can it be that virtually no Democrats voiced outrage at stealing classified documents to cover the actions of the administration that you had belong to? I guess that Democrat values are that it is ok to steel and participate in political cover up.

On Sunday June 18, 2000, the headline of the Washington Post read, "Political Dirty Tricks Alleged in Alabama Trial. Two Democrats are on trial in Alabama for bribing a prostitute to claim that Republican Gubernatorial candidate Steve Windom raped her. Steve Windom was elected Governor of Alabama when she confessed. Again in 1998 when this happened there was no outcry from Alabama Democrats or Democrats anywhere else. Seams that the values of the Democrat Party find this acceptable.

On May 16th, 2000 delegates of the New York Democrat convention spat upon the Honor Guard and called them Nazis as they carried the Flag into the convention. No one in the crowd of delegates tried to stop them. Note that these were not anarchists out side, these were Democrat delegates on the floor of the convention. This story was all over the New York Media. Senator Clinton was nominated at this convention. Did she speak out against this? No! Neither did any prominent Democrats. It seams that spitting on New York Policemen and calling them Nazis while they carry the American Flag is an acceptable value in the Democrat party.

There was no outcry among Democrats when the Clinton administration collected over 1200 FBI files of Republicans. They worked in unison to hinder the investigation and defended the Clinton administration vigorously. The Democrats are supposed to be the party that wants to protect privacy. I guess the acception is when members of their party break the law and collect private FBI files. The Democrat values must be we respect the privacy of our friends and no one else.

The Democrat Governor of New Jersey, James McGreevey admitted to having a gay affair. Resigned after allegations of sexual harassment, rumors of being blackmailed on top of fundraising investigations and indictments. While he did resign there was a lack of public outrage expressed by fellow Democrats.

In the mid 1990s Democrat Congressman from Illinois, Melvin Reynolds was indicted on 17 federal charges and plead guilty to two counts of misuse of public funds. Democrat congressman from Michigan, Charles Diggs JR. was convicted of sexual misconduct and Obstruction of Justice. Again while the Democrats did not endorse their actions they did not stand up and publicly condemn them either.

As you read this you may not remember many of these stories. They made the news but they got very little coverage. The Media Research Center researched two of these stories. In the three weeks after the Foley story broke the three major networks (CBS, NBC and ABC) had broadcast 153 stories about the Foley Story. Above I mentioned the Melvin Reynolds story. Between the 1994 indictment and 1995 conviction of Melvin Reynolds the tree major networks broadcast a total of 19. Could the difference of 192 stories in three weeks and the 19 stories in a year and a half which include both indictments, the trial and the conviction have anything to do with the myriad of surveys that show that 4 of 5 people in the media are registered Democrats?

Another example of the difference between the values of the parties is how they react to domestic terror. There are two major areas of domestic terrorism. One is those acts committed by radical prolife members against abortion clinics and the other are those committed by radical environmentalists and animal rights groups. Most prolife members belong to or vote for Republicans. Whenever there is an act of violence committed by a prolife extremist there is an instant outcry from Republicans both among the leadership and the rank in files members. The leaders of the prolife movement and all the conservative churches stand up and condemn the actions.

Most members of the environmentalist and animal rights groups belong to or vote for Democrats. Yet when you hear of buildings on college campuses being burned or people assaulted by radical members of these groups you do not hear Democrats coming out and condemning the actions. Neither do the leaders of the environmentalist and animal rights movements.

Another thing to mention in this area is the difference in the amount of extremist between the two groups. Over the past twenty years there have only been a few dozen bombings and fires at abortion clinics and a few doctors assaulted. On the other hand last year alone there was over 100 fires and vandalism on college campuses against buildings where animal research is done and other types of research that these movements oppose.
There were thousands of SUVs vandalized and thousands of people assaulted for either driving an SUV or wearing real or fake fur. All of this in only one year.

I am happy that everyone I know who considers them selves Republican and all most all Republican leaders condemn Congressman Foley's actions. I think it is ironic that the Democrats suddenly find the values to condemn Congressman Foley. But as you can see from their history this is political maneuvering. Because history shows that if Congressman Foley was a Democrat they would either stand behind him or be silent.

So Yes I do see a major difference in the values of the two parties.

N. Korea Supremacist Cult Operates Under Shadow of Marxism

Iran and North Korea have more in common than I thought.

Many should know and understand that Iran’s political policies are driven by the ruling elite’s Shi'ite Messianic belief system. Iran has developed a concept of
Mohammedan invincibility convinced that the Hidden Twelfth Imam - Mahdi - will return after global chaos to force Mohammedanism on the world.

North Korea has a cult system that has more of the appearance of religious faith than secular communism. It is called "Juche."

Imagine that: North Korea and Iran are more kindred spirits than just being rogue nations. Both nations are dominated by “Supremacy” cults that believe in supreme purity and invincibility. Any diplomatic negotiations with such thought patterns will never succeed. All the good faith will be on the part of deceived Western nations. North Korea and Iran will never negotiate in good faith. They will simply stall until their intentions bare the fruit of tangibility. This is a tangibility that could or will result in a couple of nations that will utilize nuclear black mail to get their way. Or worse, they will utilize nuclear WMD to fulfill self-deceived perceptions.

ACAIR: Shawn Steel Persecuted for Telling the Truth

The former Chairman of the Republican Party in California is being harrassed by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). Anti-CAIR is asking for support of Steel for being willing to abandon "political correctness" to tell the truth of Mohammedan extremism slipping into mainstream American Politics.

Steel has accused Belal "Bill" Dalati (a Syrian born naturalized American citizen) of involvement with CAIR and supporting groups that are pro-terrorism both in America and abroad.

The way CAIR handles the truth is by screaming Mohammedans are the victims of Steel hate-crimes. CAIR has called Steel a racist and an Islamophobe (the later appellation I proudly bare). This is how CAIR counters Steel's public charges rather than refuting the charges.

British Airways Persecutes Christian Employee

Here is a classic example of the West unconsciously slipping into
dhimmitude. A Christian employee of British Airways was suspended from her job for not complying to remove a small Cross.

Nadia Eweida pointed out that British Airways employees that are “Muslim” or “Sikh” are allowed to wear article of their faith while working; therefore she was not going to hide her faith.

Eweida has
filed a civil suit in the situation to affirm her rights to practice her faith. It is heinous the lengths that secular humanism tries to reach in its efforts at “Political Correctness.” It is a new level of absurdity for Western corporations to appease foreign religions at the expense and discrimination of the foundational faith of the West – Christianity.

Armenian Genocide: Turkey and France

These are not Jews killed by Nazis. They are Armenians Slaughtered by Turkey

So you think Turkey is a secular Mohammedan State? Turkish Mohammedans committed genocide against Armenian Christians.

The first ordered genocide was under then Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid II circa 1894 – 1896. This Hamidian genocide resulted in 100,000 Armenian deaths.

The next genocide was far worse! Under the shadowy distraction of World War I, the Young Turks that toppled the Sultanate became responsible for 1,500,000 Armenian deaths.

But the Sultan's days were numbered. In July 1908, reform-minded Turkish nationalists known as "Young Turks" forced the Sultan to allow a constitutional government and guarantee basic rights.

Armenians in Turkey were delighted with this sudden turn of events and its prospects for a brighter future. Both Turks and Armenians held jubilant public rallies attended with banners held high calling for freedom, equality and justice.

However, their hopes were dashed when three of the Young Turks seized full control of the government via a coup in 1913. This triumvirate of Young Turks, consisting of Mehmed Talaat, Ismail Enver and Ahmed Djemal, came to wield dictatorial powers and concocted their own ambitious plans for the future of Turkey. They wanted to unite all of the Turkic peoples in the entire region while expanding the borders of Turkey eastward across the Caucasus all the way into Central Asia. This would create a new Turkish empire, a "great and eternal land" called Turan with one language and one religion.

But there was a big problem. The traditional historic homeland of Armenia lay right in the path of their plans to expand eastward. And on that land was a large population of Christian Armenians totaling some two million persons, making up about 10 percent of Turkey's overall population.
Along with the Young Turk's newfound "Turanism" there was a dramatic rise in Islamic fundamentalist agitation throughout Turkey. Christian Armenians were once again branded as infidels (non-believers in Islam). Young Islamic extremists, sometimes leading to violence, staged anti-Armenian demonstrations. During one such outbreak in 1909, two hundred villages were plundered and over 30,000 persons massacred in the Cilicia district on the Mediterranean coast. Throughout Turkey, sporadic local attacks against Armenians continued unchecked over the next several years.

When World War I broke out in 1914, leaders of the Young Turk regime sided with the Central Powers (Germany and Austria-Hungary). The outbreak of war would provide the perfect opportunity to solve the "Armenian question" once and for all.

As a prelude to the coming action, Turks disarmed the entire Armenian population under the pretext that the people were naturally sympathetic toward Christian Russia. Every last rifle and pistol was forcibly seized, with severe penalties for anyone who failed to turn in a weapon. Quite a few Armenian men actually purchased a weapon from local Turks or Kurds (nomadic Muslim tribesmen) at very high prices so they would have something to turn in.

At this time, about forty thousand Armenian men were serving in the Turkish Army. In the fall and winter of 1914, all of their weapons were confiscated and they were put into slave labor battalions building roads or were used as human pack animals. Under the brutal work conditions they suffered a very high death rate. Those who survived would soon be shot outright. For the time had come to move against the Armenians.
The decision to annihilate the entire population came directly from the ruling triumvirate of ultra-nationalist Young Turks. The actual extermination orders were transmitted in coded telegrams to all provincial governors throughout Turkey. Armed roundups began on the evening of April 24, 1915, as 300 Armenian political leaders, educators, writers, clergy and dignitaries in Constantinople (present day Istanbul) were taken from their homes, briefly jailed and tortured, then hanged or shot.

Next, there were mass arrests of Armenian men throughout the country by Turkish soldiers, police agents and bands of Turkish volunteers. The men were tied together with ropes in small groups then taken to the outskirts of their town and shot dead or bayoneted by death squads. Local Turks and Kurds armed with knives and sticks often joined in on the killing.

Then it was the turn of Armenian women, children, and the elderly. On very short notice, they were ordered to pack a few belongings and be ready to leave home, under the pretext that they were being relocated to a non-military zone for their own safety. They were actually being taken on death marches heading south toward the Syrian Desert.

Muslim Turks who assumed instant ownership of everything quickly occupied most of the homes and villages left behind by the rousted Armenians. In many cases, local Turks who took them from their families spared young Armenian children from deportation. The children were coerced into denouncing Christianity and becoming Muslims, and were then given new Turkish names. For Armenian boys the forced conversion meant they each had to endure painful circumcision as required by Islamic custom.

Turkish gendarmes escorted individual caravans consisting of thousands of deported Armenians. These guards allowed roving government units of hardened criminals known as the "Special Organization" to attack the defenseless people, killing anyone they pleased. They also encouraged Kurdish bandits to raid the caravans and steal anything they wanted. In addition, an extraordinary amount of sexual abuse and rape of girls and young women occurred at the hands of the Special Organization and Kurdish bandits. Most of the attractive young females were kidnapped for a life of involuntary servitude.

The death marches during the Armenian Genocide, involving over a million Armenians, covered hundreds of miles and lasted months. Indirect routes through mountains and wilderness areas were deliberately chosen in order to prolong the ordeal and to keep the caravans away from Turkish villages.
Food supplies being carried by the people quickly ran out and they were usually denied further food or water. Anyone stopping to rest or lagging behind the caravan was mercilessly beaten until they rejoined the march. If they couldn't continue they were shot. A common practice was to force all of the people in the caravan to remove every stitch of clothing and have them resume the march in the nude under the scorching sun until they dropped dead by the roadside from exhaustion and dehydration.

An estimated 75 percent of the Armenians on these marches perished, especially children and the elderly. Those who survived the ordeal were herded into the desert without a drop of water. Being thrown off cliffs, burned alive, or drowned in rivers.

During the Armenian Genocide, the Turkish countryside became littered with decomposing corpses. At one point, Mehmed Talaat responded to the problem by sending a coded message to all provincial leaders: "I have been advised that in certain areas unburied corpses are still to be seen. I ask you to issue the strictest instructions so that the corpses and their debris in your vilayet are buried."

But his instructions were generally ignored. Those involved in the mass murder showed little interest in stopping to dig graves. The roadside corpses and emaciated deportees were a shocking sight to foreigners working in Turkey. Eyewitnesses included German government liaisons, American missionaries, and U.S. diplomats stationed in the country.

During the Armenian Genocide, the Christian missionaries were often threatened with death and were unable to help the people. Diplomats from the still neutral United States communicated their blunt assessments of the ongoing government actions. U.S. ambassador to Turkey, Henry Morgenthau, reported to Washington: "When the Turkish authorities gave the orders for these deportations, they were merely giving the death warrant to a whole race..."

Temporary relief for some Armenians came as Russian troops attacked along the Eastern Front and made their way into central Turkey. But the troops withdrew in 1917 upon the Russian Revolution. Armenian survivors withdrew along with them and settled in among fellow Armenians already living in provinces of the former Russian Empire. There were in total about 500,000 Armenians gathered in this region.

In May 1918, Turkish armies attacked the area to achieve the goal of expanding Turkey eastward into the Caucasus and also to resume the annihilation of the Armenians. As many as 100,000 Armenians may have fallen victim to the advancing Turkish troops.

However, the Armenians managed to acquire weapons and they fought back, finally repelling the Turkish invasion at the battle of Sardarabad, thus saving the remaining population from total extermination with no help from the outside world. Following that victory, Armenian leaders declared the establishment of the independent Republic of Armenia.

As a result of his [i.e. President Wilson] efforts, the Treaty of Sevres was signed on August 10, 1920 by the Allied Powers, the Republic of Armenia, and the new moderate leaders of Turkey. The treaty recognized an independent Armenian state in an area comprising much of the former historic homeland.

However, Turkish nationalism once again reared its head. The moderate Turkish leaders who signed the treaty were ousted in favor of a new nationalist leader, Mustafa Kemal, who simply refused to accept the treaty and even re-occupied the very lands in question then expelled any surviving Armenians, including thousands of orphans.

No Allied power came to the aid of the Armenian Republic and it collapsed. Only a tiny portion of the easternmost area of historic Armenia survived by being becoming part of the Soviet Union.

After the successful obliteration of the people of historic Armenia during the Armenian Genocide, the Turks demolished any remnants of Armenian cultural heritage including priceless masterpieces of ancient architecture, old libraries and archives. The Turks even leveled entire cities such as the once thriving Kharpert, Van and the ancient capital at Ani, to remove all traces of the three thousand year old civilization.

Refering to the Armenian Genocide, the young German politician Adolf Hitler duly noted the half-hearted reaction of the world’s great powers to the plight of the Armenians. After achieving total power in Germany, Hitler decided to conquer Poland in 1939 and told his generals: "Thus for the time being I have sent to the East only my 'Death's Head Units' with the orders to kill without pity or mercy all men, women, and children of Polish race or language. Only in such a way will we win the vital space that we need. Who still talks nowadays about the Armenians?" [Excerpts from the United Human Rights Council on Armenian Genocide]

Incredibly to this day the Turkish government denies there ever was an Armenian genocide.

Today France has done the remarkable. They have made it a crime to deny in a public forum that the Armenian genocide ever occurred. I know in America this would be all about First Amendment Rights to Free Speech; nonetheless this is one of the most decent public displays of accountability the French have done in my memory. At least one time I can say, “Vive le France.”

French lawmakers have voted to make it a crime to deny that the mass killings of Armenians that occurred in Turkey during World War I amounted to genocide. The decision has caused outrage among both politicians and critical intellectuals in Turkey. Now France faces economic retaliation from Ankara. [Spiegel Online International]

If Turkey follows the typical Mohammedan line of rage and insult, then the West (including America) needs to fall in line behind France on this one. It might be time to do a little economic counter-retaliation to Turkey.

Simple Math: Democrats = Hypocrats

The Democratic Party is so full of out of this world cosmic manure that it is hysterically tragic. It seems the only political agenda that the Democrats can put forth is that which undermines the moral foundation of America and spin any media to make Conservative Republicans look bad.

The Hypocrats hate their agenda bending foes so much that they spin as evil what they themselves as Democrats have permitted.

Michael Novak of the American Enterprise Institute exposes this hypocrisy as related to Foley and past hypocritical blunders of the Democratic Party.
