The Homosexual Agenda to marginalize the will of the people continues through the Federal Judiciary. Let us hope the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals moves on to the Supreme Court where a hopefully more enlightened Bench will at least allow for States to make decisions Legislatively via the people or by State Amendment rather than the Courts stepping outside their mandate by making Laws rather than deciding adjudicating the Constitutionality of Laws.

The Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is forcing Oklahoma to recognize out of State formalized adoptions from homosexual same sex couples against the will of the majority.
