Apparently the Homo lobby has a lot of California State Legislators in their money pockets. The California Assembly passed AB 43 to allow the moral blasphemy of same sex homosexual marriages to take place. I don’t know how it works in California but most State Governors in America have a veto option as the President does. I pray moderate Republican Governator Schwarzenegger vetoes this legislation.
The passing of AB 43 is more heinous for it overturns the will of the people in California. In a State Initiative called Proposition 22, the people defined marriage as between a male and a female; thus invalidating homosexual marriages performed by Sodom San Francisco. Some Assemblymen in California said they voted for AB 43 even if their constituents voted for Proposition 22 for they knew what was better for the people than the people themselves. That smacks of Secular Humanistic thinking.
In essence the pseudo-religion of Secular Humanism is becoming a State Religion in California which is definitely unconstitutional in the U.S. Constitution under the First Amendment.
The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007 (H.R. 1592) would be better labeled The Thought Crimes Act. If the Law is enacted Christians can be sued or tossed in jail for preaching the morality of the Holy Bible. The Thought Crimes Act would suppress free speech to the benefit of homosexual reprobates that practice a lifestyle of abomination in the site of God.
The Act quite possibly could be used to nullify State Legislation that has defined Marriage as between a male and a female. It would recognize homosexuals as a group of people on the same par of equality as gender, race, creed and religion. This is a bogus legislation that would transform America into a nation of further sexual depravity protected by the law.
