Strong Willed Conservative Still Looking for Birth Certificate

I guess I am gratified there are some stalwart Conservatives that are refusing to lay down over the issue of President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama’s status as a “Natural Born Citizen.” I have alluded my thoughts that I believe the Constitution gives a lot of leeway for Congress to interpret Article 2, Section 1 of what constitutes a “Natural Born Citizen” which one has to be to qualify to be elected to President of the United States (POTUS).

I would love to see President-Elect Obama disqualified from taking Office on legal merits but I just don’t think it is going to happen. For one thing both Houses of Congress by the graciousness of the American voters has placed the Democratic Party in FIRM control. I suspect if the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) would ever have the guts to hear a case (and there are several) concerning BHO’s citizenship eligibility, SCOTUS would merely address Congress to produce definitive clarity to the satisfaction of the sitting Justices’ illuminated interpretation of Constitutional Law.

You might be able to guess that I get a lot of paid ads from Internet periodicals that have to pay their bills. One such ad came from the United States Justice Foundation (USJF). In this case I am not going to post the ad; however the ad had an interesting link to a USJF article dated Dec. 15, 2008 by Joan Swirsky.

Swirsky makes a case for Conservatives to keep fighting for the SCOTUS to hear one of the several law suits questioning BHO’s Natural Born Citizen status. She even employs some of the Conspiracy Theories that are beginning to emerge surrounding BHO’s Birth Certificate and Natural Born Citizenship.

I love a good Conspiracy Theory. Don’t you?

Here is one that Swirsk does not mention:

BHO has entered the realm of the Clinton Cabal utilizing Clinton power and Mainstream Media affinity to hush ANYTHING that might hinder a BHO Presidency.

What do the Clintons get out of BHO joining the Cabal? Re-entrance to the stage of actual political power.

Basically BHO and the Clintons have much of the same domestic goals of transforming America; ergo a union is a win-win situation for the charismatic Barack Hussein Obama and the Clinton stratagem.

I don’t know. Maybe the valiant Conservatives utilizing a primarily Leftist American judicial system may overturn the correct stone that either the eligible voting public, Congressional members or even SCOTUS cannot ignore.

Johnson on Shariah Finance and Act for America

Here is a response by Gary H. Johnson, Jr. pertaining to Islam’s Shariah Finance and Act for America’s campaign to illuminate Americans about the heinous practices of Sharia Law of which Shariah Finance as an offshoot.

(I am guessing these two posts are to what Mr. Johnson is referring: “AIG offers shariah-compliant insurance“ and “Act for America: AIG responds.“)

Johnson’s response is practical and critical of the methods of Act for America and believes Shariah Finance is a non-preventable emergence in Western markets and banks.

I get the impression that Johnson is no fan of Islam however my impression those organizations like Act for America and bloggers such as myself are among the fringe that will be used as propaganda to benefit radical Islamic organizations in America such as CAIR and a whole host of similar Islamic-American organizations.

Mr. Johnson may have a point; however I still believe extreme light must be shed on the practices of Islam to educate at the very least non-Muslims of the true nature of Islam.

CADC Rebuts Newsweek Pro-Homosexual Stand

I missed it but apparently the periodical Newsweek came out with an article that essentially validates the homosexual lifestyle. Now that is not surprising since most of Mainstream Media (MSM) is Leftist in nature and the Left tends to support Secular Humanism and Secular Humanism is in a same-sex marriage with the Homosexual Agenda.

I found an excellent rebuttal to the author of the Newsweek article – Lisa Miller – who uses journalism to suggest that Biblical Scripture does not condemn homosexuality because the Bible is a “living document.” “Living document” is Left-speak for Constitutional Law and Judeo-Christian Scripture should be interpreted relative the values of the present rather than the letter of the original meaning.

Here is some Global War on Terror (GWOT) news that is unlikely to make page one of the Mainstream Media (MSM). The Long War Journal (LWJ) begins with Yazid Sufaat – the al-Qaeda anthrax scientist inexplicably just released from detention in pre-dominantly Muslim Malaysia. Then LWJ continues to discuss other problematic terrorists under foreign and American detention – some have been released and some may eminently find release to repatriate back into Islamic Terrorism.

BHO Designs Set-Up for Israel’s Annihilation

A list of bad decisions by Prime Minister Olmert from mismanaging the defensive invasion of Lebanon to target Hezbollah, personally overseeing the forced eviction of Jews from Gaza, Judea and Samaria to make way for an incompatible Palestinian State and to Olmert’s corruption charges; has led to the unpopularity of his political party called Kadima.

Thus Olmert resigned from the PM Office. The Kadima Party held its internal elections and chose the current Foreign Minister to be the new leader of Kadima – Tzipi Livni. Livni would have become Prime Minister however she could not put together a working multi-Party coalition within the Knesset to form a government.

This leaves Olmert as Prime Minister until Israeli elections are held on February 10, 2009. The Olmert/Livni tag team of Israeli sell-outs are working feverishly to give up Israel’s heritage of not only the Judea/Samaria (West Bank) and Gaza, but also to relinquish the Holy City of David – Jerusalem – back to the very Arabs who deny there was a Jewish Temple and desire the extermination of Israel and Jews.

I would call Olmert/Livni a treasonous duo except they are convinced along with a lot of Western pressure (including President Bush and incoming President-Elect Obama) to believe such a sell will bring peace to the Middle East. So I don’t know which is worse: the aspect of treason or the aspect of self-delusion. The Palestinian ruling elites of the Palestine Authority and Hamas have never renounced to THEIR OWN people the idea of the destruction of Israel as part of their Charter to exist as Palestinians.

Now enters a former Prime Minister in Netanyahu. Netanyahu represents the Likud Party and is highly favored to win the majority on February 10, 2009. Netanyahu is not supportive of giving up Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Golan Heights basically for security reasons. Netanyahu rightly observes there is a hostile enemy out there and it is not only Arabs that call themselves Palestinians, but it is a sea of hostile Muslim Arabs and Iranians.

Now here is the thing. President Bush has committed himself to this delusion of a Palestinian State will bring peace to the Middle East. On one hand not all the Bush advisors are in the tank as anti-Israel and pro-terrorist Palestinian. On the other hand President-Elect Obama is totally in the tank as a pro-Palestinian support the propaganda that Israel is an apartheid State forcing the Palestinian Arabs into poverty and horrible living conditions. It is so unbelievable that Americans voted for a man who claims he is the Messiah of Change while simultaneously lying to the American voters about his radical Leftist friends and his Palestinian Jew-hating friends. Here is a good anti-Obama election video that obviously voters did not take to heart.

Caroline Glick writes a savvy analysis of the Obama team even now exerting pressure on the expected winner of the Israeli February 10, 2009 elections – Benyamin Netanyahu. Glick also reserves some criticism for Netanyahu. Netanyahu’s last time as Prime Minister was not exactly considered a shining light of success. There is some concern that Netanyahu is telling the Israeli voters what they want to hear but may fail to withstand the pressure of an American Presidency.

If indeed the Israeli polls are correct and Netanyahu becomes Prime Minister on a security platform and keep Jerusalem as one city under Israeli sovereignty, will he actively pursue the platform against the wishes of the most powerful man in the world – the President of the United States of America?
