Since the so-called Haditha Massacre was made such an issue by the Mainstream Media (MSM), it is important to update the facts that YOU know the MSM will not deliver. The Haditha military prosecution is a show trial for the benefit of the weak Iraqi government's need for scapegoats to be found. This is no doubt why exculpatory evidence is not being allowed for the defense; however that may be changing at least a little due to the pro-bono work down on behalf of the Thomas More Law Center.

In light (or rather the evil darkness) of Hamas executions of fellow Palestinians whose crime was the association of Fatah, the continued prosecution persecution of the Marines accused of massacring civilians is ridiculous.

The proof the Marines did any wrong doing is sketchy and is now truly appearing to be a scam planned and scripted by insurgents.

On the other hand Hamas atrocities have been seen on television and witnessed by News Reporters of the West (though slanted a bit more responsible than Mohammedan reporters). If there is a global outrage it should be brandished in the most extreme of ways against Hamas.

The media has done a hatch job on my Marines. And somehow we need to hold the media accountable for all the trouble they have caused.

When it comes to the November 2005 Haditha incident, which the media has characterized as a wanton massacre of 24 innocent civilians, it seems it is the truth that has been massacred by the news media. As Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani, long heralded as one of the bravest and most skillful Marine officers in the Corps, faces charges that could send him to prison for failing to adequately investigate the incident, defense attorneys for both the colonel and the other Marines have been unable to cite in open court the evidence that clearly exonerates him and all of the other accused Marines. As a result, the media has emphasized all of the erroneous charges leveled by the prosecution, most of which rely on suspect testimony from anti-American Iraqis -some of them insurgents.

Insurgents are terrorists. When it gets to the point where the word of many US Marines is given less credit than the word of a few terrorists, we are in trouble. This makes me ill: (emphasis mine)

As NewsMax.com has previously revealed, the bulk of that exculpatory evidence is contained in the eight hours of videotaped testimony offered by the battalion intelligence officer (designated S2), all of which up until now has been highly classified and therefore unusable in open court and kept from the notice of the American people.

The Truth Revealed

That roadblock has been cleared. The full eight hours is declassified, and because it will be available to the public, NewsMax can now break through the paper curtain erected by the media to report what we have long known but have been unable to reveal. The evidence clearly shows that a great miscarriage of justice has been imposed on a group of some of the bravest and finest of Americans the men of the Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment.

* Intelligence gathered by Marine S2 officers in advance of the events of Nov. 19th, 2005, revealed that it was known that an insurgent ambush was planned for the day.

* Although exact details of the planned ambush were not known, some important details were revealed most importantly, that some 20 insurgents would take part, and a white car would play an important role in the ambush.

* The intelligence was made available to the officers and men of Kilo Company including Sgt. Frank Wuterich who has been charged with, among other things, murdering the occupants of a white car that came on the scene following the IED explosion that killed one Marine and seriously wounded another. The evidence will show that Wuterich acted appropriately when he shot the passengers of the vehicle.

* Although the media continues to report that 24 innocent civilians were killed that day, the S2’s testimony shows that eight of the dead, including four of the five occupants in the white car killed by Wuterich, were known insurgents and the dead civilians therefore numbered 16, not 24.

* The insurgents whose communications were intercepted and which revealed the planned ambush were the same two men who were the sources of the fallacious and dishonest Time magazine story, which was the source of the accusations against the Marines.

* As previously reported by NewsMax, the battalion S2 officer made a full and complete report based on his monitoring of the day’s events and the intelligence he and others had amassed then and previous days. As we wrote at the time, the PowerPoint after-action report he sent up the command ladder proved to all the higher officers that the incident warranted no further investigation. None!

Raven is not exactly a paragon of moral standards; however her conservatism is valid and her support for America’s troops is patriotic.

Hamas Has Changed the Middle Eastern Conflict Paradigm

You will not hear this publicly but the Hamas victory in Gaza will transform American strategy in the Middle East. Why? The Hamas bloody and barbaric victory was at the hands of Shi’ite Iran’s training and weapons supply. Hamas also has received huge cash support from Saudi Arabia.

So here is the scenario for Israel: a well trained Hamas in Gaza; an antiquated yet a schmoozer for arms from the West for the PLO (Fatah dominated) in the West Bank East of Israel; a military mobilizing Syria (and client of Iran) North and East of Israel; and Hezbollah (client of Syria and Iran) North of Israel.

The picture is one of hostility completely surrounding Israel. This is an Israel that had its image seriously chipped by Hezbollah in fighting in Lebanon.

Then there is America. Publicly America is Israel’s number one protector and ally. Leftist politicians are displaying America’s vulnerable guts to radical Islamists demonstrating the powerful American military does not have the political backing of its people to fight a prolonged war to a victory. For the Islamists this is a stark picture of insufferable weakness.

Now that I painted this word picture for you consider this. At Haditha in Iraq American soldiers have been accused of massacring 24 Iraqis in revenge for protecting insurgents that murdered a buddy of the soldiers. This story garnered global hysteria over alleged brutality by the American military. Here we are nearly a year later and the Mainstream Media has nearly abandoned the story. Why? As more and more information is developing it is appearing that the dead were staged by Sunni insurgents to make Americans look bad. The implication is the so-called civilians were indeed aiding the insurgents who used Haditha citizens that supported the insurgents as human shields as the insurgents made their escape.

Did people die by American hands? Probably; however the deaths were the result of indigenous support for insurgents who used them as human shields.

Were we not speaking of Hamas and Israel? Here is the thing. The swift Hamas victory was not performed in an ethical way. If Americans or Israelis won a victory in the same way that Hamas had done, there would be Leftist and Arab sympathizers calling for War Crimes Justice. Hamas entered hospitals firing weapons. Hamas drug Fatah supporters and police into the streets and executed them (often in a brutish desecrating manner). Hamas would throw Fatah people off of buildings to their death.

Where was the Mainstream Media and Leftist cry of the abuse of Geneva Conventions. POW’s were executed not rounded up and interned. The thing that makes this even more horrendous is that the devilish barbarism was executed on fellow Palestinian-Arabs. We hear of Gitmo inmates interned as enemy combatants and possibly the receivers of torture. We hear that these terrorists have had their Geneva Conventions violated (doubtful since they do not represent a nation that signed the Accords) and so on.

BUT Hamas in full view of cameras barbarically murdered their perceived enemy combatants in the streets, in the hospitals, in their homes and more. WHERE IS THE GLOBAL OUTRAGE!?

PETITION TO SUPPORT BORDER SECURITY AND NO-AMNESTY IMMIGRATION REFORM

Senator Jim Inhofe is the senior Senator from the State of Oklahoma. He is raising support against amnesty first then securing the border. This is indeed the best logical reasoning. This means of course the bill that President Bush and the Democratic Senate (led by Kennedy on this issue) must be vanquished as bad for American citizens.

It is unconscionable to make border security conditional on the guarantee of amnesty. Even with the promise of additional funding for border security, the Senate bill focuses far too much on controversial and irresponsible programs such as the 'Z-visa' (which I voted to eliminate), and far too little on ensuring that our borders are no longer porous.


'I have stated from the outset of this immigration debate that I will vehemently oppose any legislation that guarantees amnesty for illegal immigrants, unfairly burdens taxpayers or fails to secure our borders. 'It is time that we deal with real immigration reform beginning with border security. This is the best way to restore trust with the American people and facilitate future improvement of our immigration policy.'


On Tuesday, Senator Inhofe joined eight Senators in writing a letter to President Bush urging him to fulfill the border security provisions listed in the Senate immigration bill whether the legislation passes or not. Each border security trigger in the bill can be implemented under current law without any need for new legislation from Congress.


A Rasmussen Reports national phone survey conducted June 11 and 12, found that only 20 percent of voters wanted Congress to try and pass the Senate bill that failed last week. Sixty-nine percent favored an approach that focused 'exclusively on securing the border and reducing illegal immigration.'

The Religion of Peace and Hamas

In the Palestinian Civil War there are of course two main opponents: Fatah and Hamas.

Fatah’s beginnings were secular, Stalinist yet honoring Mohammedanism.

Hamas’ roots are totally religious in nature with an ideological connection through the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt (global in nature) and the Wahhabi Sunni Mohammedan school of thought centered in Saudi Arabia.

Both are Islamist yet Hamas should represent the religious nature of Mohammedanism claiming to follow the Quran and Sharia Law: which are central to the Wahhabi Theo/political death cult.

Now because of global anti-Americanism, the USA is more experiencing forced global isolation.
